We have waited months to order our bed to make sure it was right for us, Gail had given us the swatch to make sure the colour was right as we had recently had fitted wardrobes installed, looking forward to the bed arriving soon hopefully it won’t be long, thank you to the staff at Mansfield and especially Gail for the exceptional service xx

From stepping into the store we felt very comfortable the knowledge of the staff was second to none
We experienced the test mattress to find our perfect comfy mattress this was really helpful we were then shown all the different options for us the delivery was straightforward and very well informed the delivery men we’re respectful and efficient I would definitely buy another product from benson for beds

Delivery is extremely poor
The store staff are really nice and let you shop in peace if you want and if you need to ask any questions, they’re happy to help. But I’m totally disgusted with the delivery presses. Ordered a bed to come for the 18th of December and got an email today to say that it won’t be delivered now until the 27th of January over a month away. And what’s also really annoying as the fact that they didn’t tell me until the day before the delivery.

Made a call to bensons to see if they had the mattress I needed and they had it went striaght to store collected and was greeted by a young lady who was very polite and very friendly help me sort order and load car absolutely brilliant
