This was our second visit to the Mansfield store in six months. We were met by Gail the first time and then again the second.
Gail is very knowledgeable and explained everything we wanted to know. Then arranged a delivery date that suited us..

Gail at the Mansfield branch was amazing. So helpful, and patient! She explained everything with a no nonsense approach. We didn’t feel pressured nor overwhelmed by any unwelcome sales pitches. Just honest service which made us want to deal with Bensons over other places. Nothing was too much trouble. Great price deal too!

Gail was very helpful walking us through all the different bed types, materials and measurements to find us the right bed. Were very happy with what we chose and are looking forward to getting our new bed soon.

Great service
Emma helped us out with what type of mattress we’d need using the pressure bed. Emma then walked us around to point to which mattresses matched our needs from the info the pressure bed gave, then left us to it, which was nice as other stores seem to follow you around and pester you. We then looked at the actual beds and the whole process was nice and easy from start to finish. There was a sale on as well which really helped with the reasonable pricing.
We then were told about the delivery, waiting times and the 5 year protection etc.
Overall, we’re really happy with the service and hopefully will be with the items bought.
We hope the delivery goes as smoothly.
