Went to purchase a replacement mattress. An extremely relaxed experience. A very genial and knowledgeable gentleman assisted us. There was no upselling, he gave us time and space to consider options and choose what was perfect for us. My husband was also interested in new pillows. After seeking advice from the genial gentleman and testing the product, we purchased a pair of Tempur Prima SmartCool pillows. They are fantastic, amazingly comfortable and supportive. Extremely happy with the service and looking forward to our mattress arriving.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. We were kept informed of progress throughout, though the delivery and installation timeline was a lot longer than quoted. The installation was quick, the guys very clean and thankfully took all packaging. The wardrobes are a nice quality product, very happy with them. Only lost a star because of the delivery timeline.

Visited this store one evening to buy a mattress. They had a really good range and variety to try out. The sales advisor was really helpful explaining the different types based on what you need and wasn’t pushy at all. Very easy to order the mattress and looking forward to receiving it.

It was fantastic. Declan has been very thorough on all the details, the questions we’ve asked he’s answered. Very helpful, approachable, friendly. He’s told us to see Ash the next day as we couldn’t decide straightaway due to needing the input of our daughter for her bed as well. Ash is same as Declan, both are awesome 🙌
