The bed is really nice quality for the price.
The delivery was a little expensive for a single mattress I thought, with an added extra to take away the old mattress.

Helpful Staff
The sales assistant who advised us in store (Ash) was knowledgeable, polite and really helpful, without being pushy. He helped us get the most out of a promotion that Bensons were offering at the time. We were really happy with the deal and were impressed with the choice of beds, headboards and mattresses available.

Have just purchased a Tempur Mattress
Have just purchased a Tempur Mattress from Bensons and was torn between them and John Lewis very little difference in price but Decland was very professional throughout the sale and never tried to pressure me so was a delight to give them the business , he is a credit to Bensons.

Comfortable mattress, sturdy frame
Delivery was great, the delivery men did an excellent job getting the very large mattress upstairs and very heavy boxes!
We installed the ottoman bed frame ourselves. Instructions were easy to follow, everything was well packaged and labelled.
The bed frame is very sturdy and we found the mattress comfortable from night 1.
However, even though this mattress and bed were purchased, as displayed in store, to be sure that the ottoman does not close on top of you, you would need to remove the quilt and pillows, otherwise the ottoman closes by itself....like the gas lifters are not strong enough.... a little disappointing considering the amount spent overall

To clarify, the gas lifting arms are designed to assist with lifting the ottoman frame, but they do not lock or hold the frame in the raised position. We have been all over looking for a bed , bensons was by far the most helpful and informative, with no pressure, we settled on a super king TV bed ,it is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, customer service and the men that came and delivered the bed and put together was excellent.

Great Sales approach
Great Sales approach, asked us what we needed, showed us around and left us to it, which really suited our needs. Has the mattress our son wanted and had one in stock, so i could take it there and then. I have always tired of the special offer on the thing you never want, but its there today, but when this was refused it was just moved on from, so no complaints there. Whenever I need a matress or new bed, Bensons is generally where I go.
