We were welcomed into the store, asked what we were looking for shown several different beds and when I asked what the differences were between each item it was explained to us and we were asked if we had any preferences etc

Ciaran took time to explain and help us with our choice of mattress and divan base. He guided us through the many choices and let us find what suited us for ourselves. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. It was a very good experience and I can't recommend it high enough.

We are really pleased with our new ochre coloured sofa bed. Looks v. contemporary and is solid, well designed and we feel represents great value for money. It was delivered on the date they said and the comms were good to let us know a pinpoint time of arrival. Gary and Warren did a great job of bringing it into the property. the bonus is that it's come just in time for us to accommodate our extra guest more comfortably. We spotted the sofabed on display in Benson's Didcot where the sales guy is very helpful, going above and beyond to give good advice on their products.

Awful service and avoid telling the terms of comfort guarantee. I went in the store and was only shown and encouraged to buy mattresses over £1,000 but was told not to worry as if you don’t like it you can pay extra for the comfort guarantee. My mattress arrived and I didn’t like it so went into the store to exchange and was told you had to exchange for the same price or more expensive with a 10% additional charge of the price of the original mattress. When I said I was never told this in the store I was told it’s not their problem they choose not to tell you this as it’s in the small print in the aftercare email. I bit the bullet and went to choose a new mattress losing out on £300 and having to pay an additional £200 along with also having to pay the £49 delivery charge again. When my mattress was due to deliver I called and was told the store hadn’t transferred my finance so my delivery was cancelled. Have told everyone I know not to use this store
