Great service from the moment I walked into the store at Plymouth (Sean), finding the right bed for me, right through to the bed being delivered and put together for me by the most cheerful double act of a delivery team you could find! (Lumpy & Lumpette! )

I visited the Plymouth showroom recently to find a new mattress. I had a rough idea of the type of mattress I wanted, and my budget. I dealt with Tom who was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses on sale in the store, and was mindful of my budget. I was left to try a few on my own and did not feel pressured to buy at all. I managed to find my perfect mattress within about 10 minutes! Unfortunately the suggested date for home delivery did not suit me as I was working that day but Tom was very helpful in arranging for the mattress to be delivered to the store later that week so I could collect it myself on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday, the other staff members were also very polite and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

Great service on a sunday morning as soon as the shop opened, we browsed and got assistance when needed in deciding on what mattress to buy.

Found an excellent bed frame for the spare room at a reasonable price. Customer service was helpful and informative on the process of purchasing & delivery. Whilst also highlighting the Black Friday sale and other discounts.

I would have issued 5 stars, however the company’s standard delivery charge was a shock. A delivery fee of £49…I would have collected but this was not an option. A delivery fee of £25 is reasonable. That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. If it wasn’t for such a unique bed, I would have declined the purchase.

The sales person was not pushy, listened to our needs and guided us to a few choices. Made simple and done quickly.

From stepping inside the store it felt warm and friendly. The staff were all smules and friendly without being too 'pushy'. Gavin was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us around the various different mattresses.
The whole experience was great and we left the store feeling happy and that our needs had been met.

Excellent range of beds, can mix and match bases and mattresses which makes things easier. You can lie on all the beds to see which one suits you. Excellent customer services, no pressure just helpful advice, and they give you time by yourself to choose. After your purchase they keep in touch with you about delivery and if you need to contact them about anything.I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds I have bought from them a couple of times.
