Ryan and Kelvin were extremely friendly, professional and did a great job assembling my Ottoman bed in my second floor apartment. They explained the mechanism for the bed and provided me with advice on how to look after the new mattress going forward. Very impressed and happy with the service offered from start through to finish. Highly recommend!

Successful fact finding mission
The idea was to pop in and see what sort of mattress suited us but after interacting with the staff, trying out the bed testing equipment that gave you an indication of the type of mattress suitable to yourself, we found ourselves in the right area. The assistant pointed out the good and bad points in everything we looked at giving us a totally unbiased opinion and helping us make the right decisions. Very happy with our new mattress. If in doubt just ask them questions, even about discounts etc. They are more than willing to help.

Was greeted at the store by a very helpful man who listened to what we were looking for then showed us appropriate mattresses that would suit us. He gave my partner and I time alone to try out mattresses and we didn’t feel pushed into anything. Xx

Just taken delivery of a new bed today and must say that I am very pleased with the service I have had from Bensons. Anita was so kind and helpful at the showroom and Karl and his colleague who delivered and put together the bed were so efficient and considerate. They could not have been better! Went into Preston store with very little idea of what we wanted. We were greeted by a very competent member of staff who spent time explaining the difference between different mattresses and encouraged us to try out a number of different mattresses. We eventually settled on the one that suited our needs and agreed to purchase along with a bed frame. Very smooth purchase with everything explained clearly to us. All in all a pleasant experience.
