Exceptional service from first walking through the doors of the store and delivery. Kept up to date regarding when the mattress would be delivered and the time scales. I would not hesitate in recommending Besons for Beds.

A good experience.
The customer advisor remembered us from a visit a few days before, she also remembered the bed we required. Her manner was polite and her knowledge was good. We were told when the bed could be delivered and she accepted our alternative date. The experience was good throughout.

5 Star service in…
Fantastic service from Steven in Preston store. Assisted us without been pushy, gave us good advice, he is excellent at his job.
Delivery guys Hessey and Gav were brilliant, excellent communication, were told a time slot and were called on the day to say they were on the way. Shoe covers applied before taking mattress upstairs and placing mattress on the bed.
Will definately use Bensons again in the future.

New bed
More than happy with the bed we've ordered, but a bit disappointed that we have to pay £80 for courier to deliver bed on top of a mattress deliver charge of £39 to Bensons

Hip hop beds collapse
I bought the Hip Hop double bed, bedside cabinet, drawers, and wardrobe as a set. While the other pieces seem fine, the bed is very poorly designed. It relies on flimsy screws that just can’t support normal use. The bed has collapsed twice already, which is both frustrating and unsafe. The wood is untreated and stains very easily, which makes maintenance difficult. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality and would not recommend this furniture to anyone looking for durability

New Mattress visit to Bensons
Anita was a knowledgeable and pleasant person who attended us during our visit. Wasn’t overbearing but allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted in our own timeline.
Offered us some advice when needed and we both agreed that she was very helpful but respectful of our space when we came down to making our final decision on what mattress we were going to buy.

Mattress
The young lady who attended me was very polite and helpful, she explained the differences in mattresses. After I had decided what one l wanted she arranged a delivery date to suit me.
