We had a good experience when buying…
We had a good experience when buying the bed we got plenty of information but were left alone to decide on the mattress we wanted and told about the financial options the mattress arrived on the agreed day only problem we had was the mattress had a strong smell but that soon went away

We know Benson's for their quality, having purchased from them before. We chose to purchase a mattress from the Rotherham store purely because of the friendliness of the assistant (Craig) who gave us loads of info on the type of different mattresses that suited our needs without putting us under pressure to purchase.

New mattress
I went into your store determined to buy a new mattress I explained to your sales rep John that I have fibromyalgia and suffer chronic pain! He was very understanding and helpful we used the test bed that determines what level of firmness you need mine was medium then he asked what kind of budget we had in mind and continued to show us mattresses in that range I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable trying the different mattresses

The manager of the store me and my partner bought our bed from was so welcoming and helped us choose the right one for us. The delivery guys (I forgot their names) were so polite and lovely to talk to.
