Happy previous customer
Being a previous customer, 8 years ago, they were able to tell me the type of mattress I purchased then. So I was able to order a replacement but with a firmer edge.

Prompt delivery by the friendly delivery team.
We were always kept up to date with information regarding our bed order and also on how to care for our new bed.

Very helpful sales staff at Rotherham, I had to delay the delivery by two weeks, one quick phone call and that was sorted without any issues.
Not sure if it's unit 2 or unit 7 at Rotherham but excellent service.

Great selection in store. Sale discount applied. Was able to see colour and styles of headboard. Kept up to date with delivery and slot narrowed down to two hours approx.
