We have used Bensons a couple of times recently and love the professional way they deal with their customers. Very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help you make a decision in very comfortable surroundings. Can't rate them highly enough and will always go to Bensons first.

We visited the store to look for a replacement mattress for our unsuitable Memory foam mattress for my Elderly Partner who has recently been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Amit was an absolute star. Made what could have been a very stressful visit easy. He was very Professional, knowledgable and Sympathetic. He fully understood our needs and talked us through the available options. He was not in a hurry and he went above and beyond to ensure that we tested all the mattress to find the correct one. We eventually settled on a HYPNOS LUX EARTH (Extra firm)
From testing the Mattress, Ordering and Delivery we experienced Excellent Customer Service through out.
Our new Mattress was delivered on the 27th February and its Wonderful.

Visited twice and both times very attentive. Ordered my bed online and went back a few weeks later to get a mattress. They have agreed to match up deliveries so they arrive together but still have to charge me 2 delivery fees! As unable to change it So will be paying £78 for one delivery !

Vladir was very helpful and patient with us and understood our needs, and showed us various types and in all price ranges.

The young lady, Fatima, gave me the advice I was looking for and made purchasing a new bed a very pleasant experience. It's not an everyday purchase so you have to feel you've spent your money well.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Kept on going out of the shop for some reason. Only downfall was he took full payment rather than the 20% we agreed. Only realised when we got home.

I detest having to pay an additional delivery charge. Why not hide this in your product pricing so it's not obvious?

We ordered a very nice bed and headboard we were looked after very well by Ali he was very helpful and advised us on the beds which was the best
