This was my first experience with Bensons and it won't be my last.
We were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful lady who helped my daughter choose a bed. What I thought was going to be an all day job turned into about half an hour and my daughter got exactly what she wanted. Plus, we got the bed, in the sale, on interest free credit!
They kept us updated on the date and time of arrival and were very accommodating with the time. The guys that came to assemble it were really good too. They were friendly, helpful and got on with it, with no fuss at all and patiently talked me through all I needed to know. All in all a great experience and I'd recommend Catherine, and Bensons to anyone looking for a bed.

Great in store experience
Great in system experience, Kate was helpful and friendly and gave a quote in store and took my order over the phone. I had a query a couple of days later and she was more than happy to help. Quality products and value for money is the reason we chose Bensons for beds, great customer service as well made it a great shopping experience.

Drake House excellent service store
Myself and my dad went into the shop at Drake House Sheffield. From start to finish the experience was professionally and friendly. Dad tried the mattress assessment bed which really helped him to understand where he needed the support. The transaction went smoothly and we were kept informed at all stages of the delivery. The delivery men were.friendly and informative. Excellent service from start to finish.

A very easy experience
Salesperson Judith was very supportive and helpful in assisting me in making my decision on which matress to purchase.
She was knowledge and not pushy in just trying to sell to me. Giving me pricing options and time to think about my purchase.
She was also a lovely person to chat to and very positive about working for the company which reassured me.
I had previously been looking to buy a matress online but very easily became overwhelmed with too much choice and whether the products are good quality or not.
I am old-school and prefer face to face so this was perfect for me as the shop is 5 minutes away from where I live.

Knowledgeable friendly staff
We were helped and had the different mattress types explained. We went onto the tester bed to find the correct firmness, at no point were we pushed into making a purchase, which I feel more comfortable with. Very friendly service.

We went to Benson to purchase a mattress. The staff were very helpful. First question asked was, how do you sleep? On your side, back, front?? We were advised straight away which type of mattress would suit us best. We tried several different options before deciding on the one that we wanted. Their system was down at the time, but as promised a receipt and delivery date was emailed later that day. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Worst mattress ever!!!
I bought a mattress from these 4 years ago, I was told to flip the mattress every 2 weeks with weighs in excess of 40kg. I have slept terribly for 4 years. After flipping the mattress every 2 weeks like I was told I was left with indentation on both sides giving me a bad back. Tried to claim the warranty and was told the lats were too wide, by the way that was the way I bought the bed and I was told not by oak furniture land. Terrible experience and I will never shop with these cowboys again.
