5 star service from the shop (hedge end) all the way to the delivery guys from the minute they left my front door. I didn’t end up buying in store but when I went to visit the young lady was very helpful helping me find the perfect mattress. Ordered it few days later online from the minute I ordered I’ve had updates constantly which is very reassuring. From delivery day yet again I could watch how far away the delivery guys were giving me a bang on eta, told the guy to leave it at the door because I don’t want shoes on the carpet… he could have left it and on to the next job but he got out his shoe covers and insisted on helping. both delivery men lovely!!
Couldn’t fault anything other then the price of a mattress these days haha!

Sales staff in the shop were helpfull and left you alone to make a decision but were also available to answer any questions. Great discounts applied. Delivery staff were helpful and placed the delivery in room of choice. Son is really heppy with his new bed and mattress

We had a very pleasant experience with bensons for beds. I would like to say a massive thank you to Azura who showed us around we visited twice in hedge end store to make sure we found the perfect bed and she helped us both times, we didn’t feel pressured and we took up quite a bit of her time she was so lovely and pleasant to speak to she has exceptional customer service and we love our bed thank you so much azura!

I paid for the delivery and assembly service for two Ottoman TV beds. The delivery men were superb. Very friendly and professional. The beds were put together very well, and the delivery men very kindly showed me how to operate them safely. They were extremely tidy, removing their shoes each time they came in the house, and removing all packaging. Very impressed. Thank you

I bought new mattresses for my twins. Jack took time to go through the options we had. He then took time with each of the twins to help them decide which was best for them. He made the process as simple and painless as possible. Fantastic service.

We were looking for a new mattress for our bed, as we had our other one for at least 15 years and it had started to dip in various areas.
We found the staff in Bensons for beds at Hedge End very helpful and friendly, not to mention patient,as we spent several hours, trying out different mattresses and took quite a while choosing the right one.
Having got home and realising that the mattress we ordered would be a lot higher than our original one, we panicked a bit thinking it would be too imposing in our bedroom.
We then went back to Bensons and were made to feel very at ease and that it wouldn’t be a problem at all, to change our order.
We would certainly recommend their service to family and friends.
Really looking forward to getting our new mattress now :)
