The firm mattress we really wanted.
We have went through a few supposedly firm mattresses purchased on Amazon but haven’t really been the ‘firm’ we wanted. The mattress we have purchased here is exactly what it says on the tin, proper firm! Very happy with the purchase, base and mattress and the overall experience.

Small double ottoman
I went to Bensons just to have a look at small ottoman double beds as i needed one but was just looking. The assistant was so informative (not at all pushy). I went for a coffee to have a think about it. I came back & bought the bed headboard mattress, delivery, they're taking my old bed AND mattress (with a fee) they will put up my bed & I got a discount. I am a very happy Bensons customer. Especially the fact I live in Manchester & we were in Speke Liverpool where we bought the bed. It was a very great experience. I would recommend to everyone.

From 1st visit to order to delivery…
From 1st visit to order to delivery excellence service. Very helpful customer service at Speke.
Email sent to give delivery 2hr time slot. On day of delivery received a phone call to say they'd be about 1/2hr and they were. Assembled the bed in no time. Took all the rubbish away.
I bought a Tempur bed and it's so comfortable, moulds to the body.

Smooth purchase, delivery & build 10/10
The staff at the Speke branch in Liverpool were amazing. Kelly in particular was thorough and I didnt feel pressured at all. There was a lot to consider with purchasing 2x beds and 2x mattresses in some tight spaces I had limited measurements for, Kelly reassured me if I needed to change anything, I could. It made planning much more smooth with multiple delivery dates to juggle. Really appreciate all the efforts the team went to with my order. Then there's the delivery duo Ryan and Kelvin, such respectful friendly men. They went above and beyond in the delivery and build. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
