Great service and communication, mattress is pretty good too
From the moment we walked into the shop and guided to the perfect mattress for our needs, we kinda new this was the one. Oddly the dual tension mattress was incorrectly labelled in the shop, but once that was sorted we were quite sure of our choice. Sales manager was attentive and also gave us space to discuss together. Perhaps there was a little over selling of all the add-ons (pillow, pillow protector, mattress protector etc). Delivery was well communicated (email, text & phone calls). Lots of reminders to review both delivery and sales, hence I'm writing this now. We have had the zip n link mattress for a week now, and all looking and feeling good.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that from the moment you arrived, our team helped guide you to a mattress that suits your needs, while giving you the space to discuss and decide together. We appreciate you highlighting the dual‑tension label issue and are glad this was quickly resolved for you. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the add‑ons — it’s helpful and will be shared with the team.
10/10 experience
Smooth process from purchase through delivery. No surprise, no added costs, no issues.
Multichannel experience worked great as well: I saw the bed in store, called to confirm, paid online through an ad-hoc quote created by the store rep.

Items not delivered but later rectified
We ordered a mattress and the mattress protector but the mattress protector was not delivered. I realized this after the delivery person had left. I called him and he said that he will return to deliver the mattress protector but he never returned.
Later I got in touch with Bensons Beds and they asked me to collect the mattress protector from the Tottenham store. I went to the Tottenham store and they did not have the mattress protector.
However, upon posting the review, the customer service team got in touch with me and the mattress protector was promptly delivered.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the missing mattress protector and the confusion that followed. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
We have contacted you today to discuss this further with you.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused,

Amit was extremely helpful
Amit was extremely helpful and offered a range of divan options with different headboards, which made it easy to choose. The fabric selection was excellent, and I was able to find the most suitable mattress for my needs. Amit patiently explained everything and guided me through the process, helping me make the right choice.

Great mattress and excellent service
We bought a firm Staples mattress from Bensons for Beds.
After trialing a £1,200 hybrid mattress from Simba for 2 months, we had to return it because we didn't feel relaxed in the morning. We decided to go to the shop to sample the mattresses on offer instead of buying another mattress online.
The store manager took time to introduce different mattresses from different brands to us. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. He gave us plenty of time to sample the mattresses we shortlisted in the store. After we decided on our choice of mattress, the sale transaction was done efficiently and a delivery date was given to us.
Bensons for Beds kept us informed throughout on delivery progress and the mattress was delivered to our bedroom with care on the day.
Overall, I am very happy with the experience of buying our mattress from Bensons for Beds. They give you a five star service compared with buying online.
