The information and communication from order to deliver was excellent; kept very well informed of exactly when items were to be delivered right up to the day which made arranging availability very easy and convenient

I went into another bed shop at Staples corner and tried another bed I liked that was cheaper. However, the salesman didn't have the same charisma, personality, friendliness and knowledge as Amit at Benson.

Bought an igel bed from Bensons for Beds Staples Corner on 23rd November 2024 - staff were great. It arrived 6th Jan 2025.

For the 1st 3 months or so, the bed was very comfortable then started to get back ache on one side. They sent Emmiera to measure the bed on 10th July. As it was only going down 2 cms (it needed to be 3 cms before they would say it was faulty) they are not interested. They told me to get Emmiera back to measure the bed again and that i would have to pay for it (approx £100)... The bed is now extremely uncomfortable on both sides of the mattressand i have constant back ache....... I will get an independent mattress technician in to measure it....again - but please beware of buying an igel bed!

Visited the Staples Corner branch. Wanted a Ottoman bed with colour & design of my daughter's choice& interacting with Mr Amitava was very helpful while choosing the bed & the wardrobes, also received good deals on the purchase.
There was some confusion regarding the price shown online & in store, however the manager was very understanding & explained everything to us, even gave us a good will discount

Staff were very patient, knew their stuff, and were able to take the time and explain all options.

The staff members were friendly, efficient and helpful. I had a straight forward purchase, but they were very easy to deal with.

On the 22/07/25 I bought a mattress 150cm Matt artisan indulgence cr medium whiter in Staples Corner shop. On the delivery the delivery people and I realised the mattress was at least 12 cm smaller than the bed.
I went back to the shop the sales person told me there were 2 kings size mattress the English king 140cm and European king 160cm and my bed was the European one. I felt very confused because in the website the measurement is 150cm exactly like my bad. So for the second time i had a delivery and now the mattress is to big because the sales person did not believe me the first mattress was smaller than 150 cm and changed to 160cm.Now on the 22th of September i spoke to customer service on the telephone and they told me they could not do anything and told to go back to the shop. I did exactly that and the person that sold me and change my order to a bigger size told me i was lying told me I asked to change the size to 160cm and left the table. So i paid £1898.99 for a king size mattress had two deliveries both wrong and was left without any support and called a liar.

Very friendly and helpful staff, allowed you to look around without pouncing on you, once we had decided on a mattress the process with the salesperson was straight forward. I would certainly recommend Bensons for Beds.

The entire experience from the helpful, professional service I received from the staff at the Bensons for Beds Staples Corner branch, the frequency of email/SMS updates to the excellent delivery service from the super friendly and helpful guys that assembled my bed with such speed and efficiency was exceptional. They even put my head board on for me. They didn’t have to as it was not from Bensons for Beds. I was so appreciative for them to do that. I recently purchased a bed frame, headboard, mattress, and other items from Benson for Beds, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing detailed information on each product to ensure I made the right choices.

​The delivery was surprisingly earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. The entire process, from my initial visit to the final delivery, was smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied with my purchases and the excellent customer service I received.

I bought a bed in July with a scheduled delivery for 14th August. I even planned my moving date around this.

On 13th August, I got a call saying my mattress was damaged. The first customer service (CS) rep I spoke to was not helpful and could not give me any solutions.

I then called the store. The staff member there said, "It is not my business, I can't support, I am not the business owner." He was happy to sell me the bed but made it clear he wouldn’t help after the sale.

Thankfully, the second CS rep, Amir, was kind enough to arrange delivery of an air mattress while I waited for a resolution. The bed frame arrived on the 14th as planned.

The next day, I got another call telling me my mattress would not arrive until September. Now I have a bed frame taking up space, but no mattress to use it with.

Then, the third CS rep tried to put the blame on me, saying I had already been told the mattress was damaged, and that they could not process a refund until the bed frame is collected—which will take weeks.

So now I’m:

Without a bed to sleep on (just an air mattress)
Waiting weeks for a collection
Unable to buy a replacement because my money is tied up
Stuck with a large, unusable bed frame taking up valuable space
DO NOT use this company if you need a hassle-free moving purchase. They have no real care for customers once they’ve made the sale
