Delivery changed which ment taking more…
Delivery changed which ment taking more time of work. The day before delivery got a phone call to say all items will not be delivered on time which ment taking more time of work.
Told the Benson for beds person on the phone that this was disappointing as this was the 3rd time and this ment taking more time of work for the rest of delivery I got a very rushed apology. No compensation for more time taken of work. I will not be using Bensons for beds again after spending a lot of money this is no way to treat customers

£2000 TV bed doesn't work, terrible customer service
Ordered TV bed in September on 12 weeks delivery, it came in March. Ok fair enough, got 100 quid back because of the delay.
The TV up and down bit doesn't work right out the box, the whole reason for buying it. Bensons customer service are useless, tell you to follow the instructions then pass you to the manufacturer customer service. They told me to change the brand new batteries in the remote for more brand new batteries (never helped) and are now ghosting me. Call bensons back and get the same referal to the manufacturer!! 2 grand bed doesn't work and terrible customer service. Going to end up down the legal route here unfortunately.
Edit: the manufacturer has been in touch again and is sending out a new remote control.
They sent an amp, not a remote control, didn't make any difference, still doesn't work. More time wasted. Trying to get in touch with them, again.
