Had a great experience at Bensons. Met a lovely lady called Carole. She was so helpful and informative and just a really nice lady. I bought a new tempur mattress with her help and am looking forward to receiving it.

From purchase to delivery - seamless. Couldn't fault a thing.
No pressure in store - I actually bought on a whim and had no intention of looking at beds that particular day. Staff were friendly but not pushy and extremely helpful.
Delivery was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service.
From purchase to delivery I had excellent customer service. In the shop the salesperson (Carol) was very attentive but not pushy. She spent time with me whilst I looked at the different beds and mattresses giving me adequate time to make my choice. I got regular updates throughout the process. Happy with the quality of the goods. The guys who delivered were professional and engaged with me throughout. They were very efficient and left no mess. Would definitely buy again from Bensons for Beds.

Delighted with my purchase
Delighted with my purchase, my new bed looks great and is so comfortable. Delivery was quick and very smooth. The delivery driver Vitalisus and driver assistant Ben assembled the bed really quickly , they were so efficient and very friendly and ensured they removed my old bed and packaging from the new bed fully with no mess left behind. Very professional lads !
