Bensons For Beds - Workington695 Opiniones

We were looked after by Andrew on our visit to the shop last weekend. Andrew was extremely helpful, provided great advice on what combination of base and mattress would work best for us, did not push us to the most expensive options and made sure we understood everything. Would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent service

Easy purchase. Second purchase of a similar item. Pleased with price and quality.

Angela and Andy at the Workington store were both friendly and very helpful! Thank you again :)

Right from entering the store the sales person was proactive. He answered every question I put to him with confidence. He looked up my purchase history to establish what mattress I already had as I could not remember. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Could not fault the experience

Lovely shop, nice and clean with knowledgeable staff who didn’t stalk my husband and I why we were browsing the stock and talking to each other about what we wanted. When we were ready there was someone with the stats we needed to know about.

The sales advisor (Ryan) was very helpful in explaining what mattress would be good for my sleep pattern.

Very good customer service and good product at a great price

Andrew is lovely. He’s so informative and he is just a great person to chat with. He understood our needs and gave advice when we asked for it. He’s brill :)

Great service from all the staff, especially Chloe. Easy and rapid service.
