From entering the shop until leaving we were made to feel welcome, with no pressure sales which made the whole experience a pressure.

Second mattress from Bensons in 3 months, very helpfull and knowledgeable staff, took time to show us a full range with no rush or pressure to purchase.

Staff member very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Plenty of choice and options on display and choose from. The whole experience was made easy and straightforward.

I spoke to Andy at my local branch who took my order over the telephone as I had already tested the mattress I wished to purchase. It was a pleasure to receive such pleasant, courteous and attentive service.

Brilliant service we even got a bed time story 😴 😀 🙌 👍

It was a better experience than last time t

Staff in the shop are very helpful and knowledgeable they made my experience welcoming and relaxing this is the second bed I’ve bought and will recommend Bensons

The sales manager at the Workington branch was very helpful and succeeding in keeping our custom after being disappointed with Benson's online marketing. The great offer we found on their website could not be bought...you were only told that the divan set we wanted was unavailable when you actually put it in your basket (suppose it's a way of getting you into store). Anyway, Andy did us a great deal so happy in the end.

Excellent and knowledgable staff, friendly and helpfull
