The sales manager at the Workington branch was very helpful and succeeding in keeping our custom after being disappointed with Benson's online marketing. The great offer we found on their website could not be bought...you were only told that the divan set we wanted was unavailable when you actually put it in your basket (suppose it's a way of getting you into store). Anyway, Andy did us a great deal so happy in the end.
