It should have been a perfect experience but my bed has arrived damaged. I submitted photos through the online customer care portal but have heard nothing. Sales and delivery excellent. After care - not so much.

Great experience and customer service
My husband and I had a great experience at Bensons for beds Yeovil. Tracy was super helpful and very very patient with us. She showed us so many options. Also helped with our decision when we were spoilt for choices. Several offers and nice selection of mattresses and bed frames. Thank you Tracy!

I was able to walk in the store and…
I was able to walk in the store and look around for a few minutes and then a assistant came across and helped me with what I was looking for. Did not push the most expensive one. Leah is the name of the assistant she made me fill at ease all the time from start to finish off with buying my bed .
