Leah was very helpful, informative and professional. Both members of staff were welcoming and very happy so many shops have miserable staff, but not here well done!

The sofa-bed was delivered exactly on time and was placed in the room of my choice quickly, quietly and with courtesy and essential information given about the item’s setup.
I understand why the team didn’t unpack it but as I am in my mid-eighties it would help if that was an option offered on purchase.
