Helpful and personable staff
Very helpful member of staff (Paul)....not pushy (we would have walked out if it was hard sell) but present when we needed them and gave us space when we wanted to discuss between ourselves. Courteous and personable. The delivery isn't until next week so hopefully the delivery team will be just as nice.

Helpful, pleasant but not pushy sales people. I was given a delivery date and kept updated on the progress of my order. I was given a few days notice of the time slot of when it would be delivered which was very helpful.

Very helpful salespeople. Advice on mattress selection was fair and unbiased. Best price deal was achieved. Delivery has previously been ok, but now awaiting latest purchase.

Clifton Moor York store, so easygoing and very helpful
From the first visit at Clifton Moor York, Emma was a very helpful sales. Not only did she resolve a couple of problems, but her knowledge of beds assisted no end. All arrangements went as planned and our new mattress is on the bed and we are happy to sleep test it.Thank you for making it easy Emma.

Easy to select and buy
Easy to select and buy, the store staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, delivery was quick and the van lads polite and quick. The mattress was for my Granddaughter and she tells me that it is amazing.
