I bought a beautiful leather rucksack at the Wensleydale fair.
The quality of the leather is amazing!!
I emailed to see if it was possible to have belt supports for the hanging straps. I was able to drop the rucksack off at the Richmond market stall.
My bag was posted back to me with 2 belt strap supports, free of charge!!
I am delighted with the rucksack and with the terrific service!! I will highly recommend!!!

Ordering the satchel easy came quick and I could tell what it was just by the strong smell of leather.
The bag it's self well made looks fantastic and the feel of the leather is amazing
A few things could be better the strap isn't very straight and the stitching on the strap isn't very good. The zip to the main compartment could be a little bigger for access but that's more for personal taste. All in I do like it and looking forward to see how it ages
