I have a chip/crack on my windscreen and drive to them for help. The lady told me they don't replace windscreen I shall talk to my insurance company. Then I showed her the insurance I got from BMW when purchased the car, she said they may not cover it without looking at it. I then asked if they could have a quick look at the issue and told me how serious it is and if I can still drive a bit, she refused and said "what we see is what you see". I then told her I don't have the knowledge to tell if it's okay to drive and need some advice. She still rejected and she said they won't give advice, and even if someone look at it, they'll say to get it fixed asap. Okay, maybe she is right. But the attitude is arrogant and communication is awful.

We purchased a vehicle recently. The process was efficient. We had excellent support from Mr Bilal Saeed. He was responsive & clear and made the whole process smooth and pleasant.

Went to Berry's for a used 1 Series. Friendly and informative help from Hamza who provided details regarding finance, optional cover and plans but with no hard sell. Chosen car was extremely well prepared, operating functions explained and all questions answered. A trouble free collection and the entire process was stress free.

The responsiveness to questions asked and the solutions and options provided by both Connor Fox and Martin Philps really helped get the deal over the line.

My wife and I have been coming to the franchise in Cobham since 2005 to purchase new cars. We now found that the new owners Berry BMW are just as good as the previous owners. Our Sales lady was most helpful, kind and patient with our enquiry which led to the purchase of a new car. She took the trouble to explain everything very clearly. In particular she was very thorough in marrying up the options on our present car with the new vehicle. We found our experience most enjoyable and relaxing. We had only come for an MOT on our current car!! We will just mention that Service Team were most helpful as always. Chris.
