Worse housing ever, ended my tenancy , left the house empty , clean and with no damage , 6 months later they are trying to charge me for £1000 pounds worth of damage, what they dont know is i took pictures when I left so let's see what you have to say now. 13 years I was with them for, where I had to get environmental heath out , because the house was awful due to them bot doing repairs which I also have records so Im now waiting for someone to contact me from pa to show me prove of this so call damage , im ready to take you to court for lying and making out I damage the house when there is photo prove, waiting for a response pahousing......

sadly i am back again to complain , 2 years ago and again a month ago I complained about a faulty fire alarm , despite no fire and leaving a notice in communal area and multiple emails to PA telling them that the alarm is faulty , i was having a nap and found fireman physically attempting to enter my flat via an open upper window , they could clearly see NO FIRE OR SMOKE and must have seen the notice , i felt that they were simply using my flat and the false alarm as a training exercise , some of the people at PA sound helpful on the phone but sadly they usually fail to get issues sorted as the policy seems to be to kick the can down the road , maybe i am just unlucky , on top of that I live in a building with a load of morons who seem to think its my fault if the faulty alarm triggers my flat , in reality there is very little we can do about it and obviously private landlords are even worse , oh well I guess i will be dead soon

All tradesmen worked professionally and very tidy.
The work schedulel sent to me daily really helped, so I could plan my day.
I loved the choice of colours for my new kitchen.

I would like to try and fully understand why back in January the carpets were re-fitted for this building and since then most of the fire doors and the front security door does not close properly because it sticks because the carpets haven’t been installed properly. I have reported this multiple times and spent hours on the phone without any resolution.? I’d love to know how you think this is acceptable considering it is completely illegal due to the fire safety regulations act which I’m sure you’re well aware of and fire risk. You are breaking the law by not getting this done and all I ever get is emails saying it will be within five days. Do you think it’s secure for the renters for the front door to be left open when stuck most nights and the internal fire door is not to close properly. Absolutely shocking …….

Last year they tried to put our ground maintenance charge up from £30-£250 then came back to us claiming that they made a mistake
It actually only needed to go up to £50 well this year they’ve come back to us and said it’s gone up to £136. There’s nothing we can do about it despite the poor service lack of interest hearing us out they had a meeting with us and then sent a team out from Northampton which is not where we live who knew nothing about the problems? We were currently having with the service and the price overall I found them to be disorganised not understanding at all and hard work.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank PA Housing for the seamless transition to our new flat last summer and the ongoing help we have received since.

Living here is the worst experience of my life. It is impossible to get it touch. Nobody ever escalates anything. And it takes years to resolve half of one issue. And their idea of helping? Responding to these with a 'here is our complaint email'. YOU NEVER ANSWER THOSE EITHER! This is the worse company. If you are buying a home, think again before living in one of their properties.

Pa is great at managing repairs and have just fitted me an amazing new kitchen with pilon. They also have a service to offer help with financial advice.

PA have been so supportive in connecting me this last year to a great team of knowledgeable staff. I am not a resident but a struggling family member is and the Tenancy Sustainment Team ( Rebecca Cleary .. unbelievable support too) and most recently Disability Benefits Officer Kym Hobson have made a huge difference in our lives. The diligent support and kind words along with Kym's knowledge and professionalism facilitated a result that has made a very stressful few years history. We have been informed and contacted every step of the way and given enough notice and plenty of support for meetings, calls and submissions of documents. it's been a salvation to have this kindness, care and support.
I cant thank her enough.
I also want to send another thank you to the delightful front of house ladies in Walton on Thames too as they greet with a smile and make men feel welcome and nothing seems too tricky for them to sort..

I have been a resident with PA Housing and the level of service I have received is completely unacceptable. I raised a request in January 2025 regarding opening a small door on the side of my freehold house for a garden renovation — nearly four months later, I have had absolutely no response.
On top of that, I sent further emails on 31 March 2025 requesting a replacement gate fob and documentary proof for a service charge line item ("Communal Gates/Barriers Other"). Both emails have been completely ignored.
Their service charge raised every year, and don't give you any proof for expense. when you asked question, they never response.
When a housing association fails to respond to basic enquiries for months on end, it leaves residents feeling completely powerless. I would not recommend PA Housing to anyone.

Fix the water detection alarm ( switched off by engineers that attended and never fixed. 3 yrs ago)
Fix the putrid smell in bathroom which comes from the shower trap that has human poo in??.. get rentokil in to deal with the rats that are running around because the bin area is a fire waiting to happen where they haven't been emptied. If they haven't been emptied because bin men can't get in then sort the loading bay out.. This is so called affordable housing charging an extortionate amount of rent.. absolute greed 💯

RATS IN MY HOME.......
PA HOUSING SHOCKING....
we've had rats entering our flat( we're on 3rd floor) since Sept 2025 . We contacted pa housing about the rats entering my property.
PA housing stated that they're aware of the rat infestation on the estate & sent out pest control, he laid bait -but stated that PA housing does not allow him to remove the kickplates & bath panel in the kitchen/ bathroom to check! as in all probability the rats are entering from these areas ?
We also set humane traps to catch them but to no avail ..
we are a young family & my youngest daughter is being treated for autism and both myself and my daughters are now getting sick because of this situation..We cannot sleep because you can hear them more at night time moving around ... Pa Housing have still not resolved the issue and my flat is now overrun with rats and rat droppings & pee .
I went to see my doctor on numerous occasions because we keep getting ill and he provided medical evidence Stating that Pa housing needed to move us to temporary accomadation, while they fixed the infestation which is making us all extremely ill...
I sent all this to PA Housing & complained to them on numerous occasions providing all of the evidence , pictures , medical evidence etc etc and they have totally ignored me & my family ......
We are still living in these disgraceful conditions that're not habitable for humans especially young children and I dont know what to do next....
PLEASE HELP...we're at our wits end.
