After receiving the email from Omega informing me the watch I was interested in had been released. I contacted Rod at the Leeds Commercial Street Boutique who replied really quickly advising me they did have one at the boutique, after a couple of emails and a visit to the boutique I had the watch on my wrist. Rod was a total gentleman and I’m extremely happy with the whole experience.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience at Berry`s. We had booked an appointment with Peter, who greeted us by name and welcomed us into a private, relaxed setting that instantly made the occasion feel special. His knowledge of Tudor watches was exceptional, and he guided us through every option with a no-pressure, genuinely helpful approach. He encouraged me to try on several models to make sure I found exactly what I wanted.

We were also brilliantly looked after by the rest of the team. Emma provided champagne and added thoughtful advice throughout the appointment, helping create a truly luxurious atmosphere. Troy assisted with the strap sizing and fitting, ensuring the watch sat perfectly and felt just right.

With their combined help, I chose the Tudor Pelagos Ultra, and the entire experience was nothing short of first class. From the warm welcome to the expert guidance and attention to detail, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

We would highly recommend Peter, Emma, Troy, and the whole team at Berry`s to anyone looking for a luxury watch-buying experience done properly.

Right from the moment you walk into their stores you feel comfortable. It makes a change to be welcomed with a friendly face and then listened to. Nothing was to much trouble. You didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I came out happy as I felt I’d bought something rather than being sold something. A big thank you to Simon in the jewellery shop on Albion street and Danielle in the Omega boutique on commercial street.

Great experience dealing with Emma and other staff at the store. She made us very welcome and valued with her friendly and knowledgeable manner on both our visits. She ordered the watch I wanted and kept me updated. When buying the watch it was a really relaxed pleasurable experience, just what you want when buying an expensive item. She’s a great asset tothe business.

I bought a watch for my daughter today at the Newcastle store, her first ever ‘nice’ watch. Both Lee and Nick were so lovely; very helpful and kind and made her feel welcome and special. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Nick adjusted the watch band immediately for a perfect fit.

I bought my Cartier watch at this branch 7 years ago and we also bought my wedding ring here. Berry’s is my favourite jewellers in Newcastle and now it’s my daughter’s too. Thanks so much Lee and Nick for a great experience.

The salesperson Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and an asset to Berry Jewellers. He made myself , partner and Louie the dog more than welcome into their store ! I'd been on the look out for an new watch for some time and happened to come across Berry's Jewellers in Leeds. From the moment we entered the shop, Danielle the Omega Supervisor was attentive, courteous & knowledgeable in helping me choose the right product. Nothing was too much trouble and we left as very happy customers with a new watch (plus a couple of unexpected gifts!).

Danielle made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped into the store. She was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and Danielle ensured that we were completely thrilled with our choice. Excellent product and service.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I wanted to compare a watch to one by a different brand, which was in a different location. A member of staff offered to go get me the model I was interested in so that I could compare.

Berry’s has been amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I bought a very special watch from them online about 2 years ago. The online team were excellent and communication throughout was superb (thanks Danny). The follow up care and service has been even more impressive, with the team at both the Windsor and York boutiques being outstanding (thanks Mandy).

I've had the pleasure of being served by Emma on a few occasions. She is always polite, cheerful and greets with a smile. She has an extreme knowledgeable on all types of jewellery, and even on occasions where I haven't actually made a purchase, her level of helpfulness remains consistent. I only came in for a replacement watch battery today, but was still treated as an important individual and a received excellent customer service. Her professionalism shines through and regardless of the visit she always maintains high standards.
