The company itself usually is amazing, we have two watches, one custom and an alt-1c. After 3 years of sporadic wear, the strap on the custom watch has failed quite spectacularly, bremont insist this is wear and tear, which if i felt it truly was I’d agree but it’s just been so disappointing that they firstly feel the build quality of their straps to be this poor is actually ok, and secondly that they just don’t really care about helping. I do understand things need replacing in an appropriate time frame but to be dismissed just shows that the company has probably got a little to big for itself and doesn’t actually pride each customer like it once did.

I recently had my Bremont U-2 Blue serviced by the team at The Wing in Henley-on-Thames, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end.

The communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and the quality of the service exceeded my expectations. My watch has come back looking absolutely fantastic, and the attention to detail is evident. It also winds beautifully now, with a wonderfully smooth and precise feel that makes it a pleasure to wear again.

It's clear that great care and craftsmanship went into the service, and I have complete confidence in the work carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bremont's Service Division to anyone looking to have their watch serviced.

I really like my Bremont watches which I usually buy from the Wing where the staff are excellent and they always look after you and nothing is too much trouble. The recent purchase of the Supernova which is going to the moon always attract interest when I wear it.

A very friendly few hours at The Wing on my birthday. From the reception process through the whole tour we were made to feel valued. And at that point I didn't even own a Bremont watch. There was no hard sale, the experience was one of "this is Bremont, this is what we do and are proud of". Highly recommended to all who have an interest in watches or just to see how a modern office/manufacturing building can look like, rather than the boxes seen elsewhere.

A first class experience, particularly if you are a fan of watches generally. The Bremont HQ is exceptional and modern (I've been to several that aren't either) and you have plenty of time to enjoy it. Exceptionally well guided, and feels like a VIP experience throughout.
It's always better to understand the history behind a brand. It has to mean something, and the Bremont story is a great one.

Having been a helicopter paramedic for many years I understand the need for accurate timekeeping. I owned another brand of aviation specialist watch for a while but frankly, despite the prestigous name, it never kept great time. I had been taken with Bremont for a while before I finally took the plunge and treated myself to an ALT 1 P2 Jet model. I bought it pre-owned and when I received it, the pin for the strap was broken and the specialist adjusting tool were missing. I reached out to Bremont in order to purchase the missing/ broken parts. They couldn't have been more helpful in supplying the bits I required but better still they didn't charge anything for them. Proof, were it needed that you can't get better service from a world leading brand, made in the UK. Absolutely delighted and a big thank you to MIa who sorted me out.

I was lucky to attend the launch event for the new Bremont Supernova; this watch will also form part of the next 'Mission To Moon' journey. We were hosted at The Wing (in Henley) by Davide Cerrato who added his enthusiasm & passion to this exciting evening. The Supernova is a superb timepiece, drawing on all the expertise of the Bremont team, looking to the Moon and the future.

It's a great British brand, taking on the big guns and producing some very capable time pieces.

The staff are very knowledgable and passionate about their watches.

Fabulous visit to the fascinating factory where these amazing time pieces are created by a really talented group of watchmakers. Great to see & understand the history of British watchmaking, truly excited to now be an owner of a lovely limited edition MB Meteor Stealth. My host (Christine Borg-Mirza) took time to explain everything to me, from the history behind the brand to the details of the watch I purchased; a truly fantastic experience in every respect, 10/10!

After market options were not the right colour or quality. Luke took time to listen and provided sound advice. Even better was the replacement keepers that arrived in the post. I can wear my watch again. Well done Luke.

I visited the Wing for a tour after many years of waiting and it did not disappoint. Josh took the tour and was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Bremont. So easy to talk to and ask questions. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel so welcome. I bought my first Bremont over 10 years ago so was an easy audience but my wife booked it as a surprise and came along thinking it would be boring but enjoyed it so much as well. A great experience from a great brand. Any very slight misgivings about the new logo and we well and truly put to bed. I would recommend Bremont and the tour of the Wing to anyone, if you enjoy watches or not.

I chose a beautifully crafted, original and slightly sporty watch, which is definately a head turner; not only is it a stunning black chrome design, perfectly framed by the Nayo strap - importantly to me, it is British designed and manufactured, by a brilliant team, who Clearly take pride in everything they do - finally, the sales team, led by Christine Borg-Mirza, are second to none, I am beyond happy with the selection and the service I have received !

The launch of the Bremont Supernova Chronograph at their manufacturing and technology centre was a wonderful evening. Not just a chance to get hands on the watch itself (ahead of receiving my own order), but a great presentation explaining the back story to why and how the watch will go to the moon, and stay there! It was also a chance to meet others and members of staff, who are so clearly and rightly proud to work for Bremont.

I have since received my Supernova and and could not be more delighted with it. Innovation, quality and service of the highest order.
