This was my third time buying from Berry’s in York and it was another great experience. I spoke to Luca on the phone a few days before my visit and she explained the various models of the type of watch I wanted for my wife’s birthday and we narrowed it down to two. Visited today, from South Lincolnshire and Luca was great. She explained the features of the two watches and over a complimentary cup of coffee, she talked me through the benefits of both of them. Absolutely no pressure to buy either of them, and she was only dealing with me and not other customers at the same time. I was very impressed and was happy to buy one of the watches we looked at. Luca handled all the paperwork involved in registering the watch and even gift wrapped it for me. There is a reason I have bought from Berry’s three times and why I travel to this store, and Luca is a great example of the high quality service they provide. Thank you Luca.

To celebrate my recovery from a series of heart attacks, I decided to treat myself to my dream watch, a tri-colour Zenith Chronomaster Sport. So, on a planned trip to Yorkshire, we set aside a day to travel to Leeds especially to visit Berry’s Jewellers on Commercial Street, who are Zenith official retailers.
Upon arrival, I excitedly entered the store armed with the appropriate budget & approached a member of staff to enquire about my chosen watch, I was expecting to be shown to a seat, but instead, I was left standing in the corner while a salesman searched his tablet, only to be told that this particular model was no longer available.
He then turned away from me in dismissal & I was allowed to leave the store without being offered to view any alternatives in stock, nor was I asked about my budget or anything else for that matter.
As I left the store, I felt humiliated & insulted. The whole experience both upset me & completely spoiled my entire day. I didn’t even get to see a Chronomaster Sport, even though they had at least two on display in the window.
I was however, allowed to enter the store with my dog, for which they get 1 star!!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Danielle was amazing and i wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience at Berry's in Newcastle. Staff were fab (Lana) as was the guy that helped me today (sorry, didnt catch your name!) Visited many jewelers but was sold on the ring and the awesome service! 11/10 guys!

Sam was fantastic in the Breitling Store in Leeds. Approachable, calm and informative. Allowed me to try on a variety of watches before inevitably making my decision. Fantastic lad and would recommend him to all. Thank you to Louise also, for helping with the admin side and making everything run smoothly!

There was never any pressure to purchase.
And they showed me quite a few watches before I made my final decision.
This is now my favourite jewellers to now go to.

My husband and I were purchasing each other a gift for a 40th birthday and 10th wedding anniversary. The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous and that is down to Troy and Emma (and the beautiful Tudor watches).
