Latest update:They have now closed my account and voided my winnings due to failing "Project" verification. I have screenshots showing all my documents were marked accepted by Betinia verification unit.

I tried to withdraw money that I earned and they made me wait 3 days to tell me that there was a payment provider issue. They are literally robbing people blind. Do not use this site. There was no payment provider issue at all they are full of lies and they don’t even try solve any issues they just give u the same response all the time.They deserve to be shut down for this ridiculous scam.

Site is dubious at least. When you sign up for promotionand open account there there is no any verification process. You cant verify account, Ithnik that is because its made only to deposit fund and not to withdraw. Their bonus is a scam, when you deposit you are instantly credited not with bet credits but with funds.

They will not let you withdraw your winnings. worst customer service ive ever witnessed, they drop your chat when they cant answer truthfully. Keep requesting further proofs. Proof of married name/maiden name/divorce papers/separationpapers/marriage certificate, when I submitted about 6 different things I was told I had cropped the document. This is just being dragged out. This company should not be allowed get away with keeping your winnings.DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

Following up from your reply, my document was submitted the exact same way it was the 2 times pervious and for some reason you managed to accept it, as for my withdrawal that has been rejected as of today which amazes me as it was the same card used to deposit!!!! So why reply is beyond me!

Started using this app a few days ago was rated No.46 on the Appstore for Casino category which seemed reassuring that it was a reputable casino, on sign up they never asked for any verification or KYC process, slightly began to worry over this but had no winnings as of yet so didnt bother to look into it, a day has passed and ive made enough where id like to withdraw some money, so i request payment through Visa, all seems well i get an email with confirmation of withdrawal and a timeframe of 5 days for payout? A few days pass and my withdrawal is still pending i contact live support who then tells me it will be 72 hours, in my frustration i cancel it win more money and request a withdrawal again, the issue now is with live support and contact, any question you ask them it is a automated response “Financial team will take a look your in the que blah blah blah please bear with us this may take some time” now at the stage im at now if i try to use live support i get a standarized greeting and then they will end the chat.

It is impossible now for me to even have a conversation with this site and i am extremely worried i have lost my money i deposited, I hope leaving this review someone can help me get my withdrawal but that feelin is unlikely based on viewing others reviews

Absolute WORST betting site.
Their customer support is NON-EXISTING. 30 days without response on a ticket.
They declare a clearly won bet, for lost. Even provided with video evidence.
Their system is set up, to automaticly bet "10", so first time betting, accidently betting "1075" instead og "75". Contacting "LIVE-support" for helt, and to cancel bet. Only to get an email "Live support will contact you shortly"... Never responded on the ticket....

NEVER USER THIS SCAM SITE, THAT FOR SOME REASON HAS OBTAINED A LICENSE.
