Absolute WORST betting site.
Their customer support is NON-EXISTING. 30 days without response on a ticket.
They declare a clearly won bet, for lost. Even provided with video evidence.
Their system is set up, to automaticly bet "10", so first time betting, accidently betting "1075" instead og "75". Contacting "LIVE-support" for helt, and to cancel bet. Only to get an email "Live support will contact you shortly"... Never responded on the ticket....

NEVER USER THIS SCAM SITE, THAT FOR SOME REASON HAS OBTAINED A LICENSE.

Betinia has Blocked my funds 60.000dkk and closed the acount for no reasons and for my partner too
Not seriously company I have send all relevant documents for Blocked acount but because I win 60.000 they preferred to still money and close account.

Wpłacałem pieniążki przez mutchbetter. Został mi tam depozyt. Mutchbetter był jakiś czas zawieszony. Gdy ponowie wróciła możliwość. Chciałem wypłacić pieniądze z poprzedniego depozytu okazało się że muszę wpłacić depozyt. Więc wpłaciłem 60 zł okazało ,e że muszę go obrócić 1x. Teraz pytanie brzmi co ze starym depozytem? I jak z tego nowego bym wygrał 100 zł to będę mógł wypłacić 60 zł, bo przecież 40 zł nie wpłaciłem.

Customer service is a bad joke they do not have any good answers just general information.
I tryed to make a withdrawal and they closed my account and sayed that i did not passed the verification even if i provided them all the documents they requested and the money dissapeared as well .

I just put a lot of money into the application, I won €2300, I wanted to withdraw and my account was closed, they are scammers and I will go to court just because they make fun of people, even if I spend €10k, I will do justice in court

They were fine with me depositing money and saying no verification was needed. After losing and losing and everything being fine, I finally won some money (which in regard to how much I’ve put in isn’t as much) and they then asked for verification. I uploaded all my documents and they even got VERIFIED! Even once this was done it kept saying I couldn’t withdraw as THEY were blocking the withdrawal! I talked to support which was horrible and they said my about is banned and that they with but back into the wallet my initial deposit by the money I won has been cancelled! How can they cancel MY MONEY! I won that money and it’s legally mine. I WANT MY MONEY!

They will impose limits on all your bets. They will do everything to not allow you to withdraw money. This is a pure scam. They told me that verification is not necessary, but when I triend to withdraw money, then they said of course it is necessary I sent them all necessary documents so they stop reply on my messages. Scam!

Do not get involved with these scammers. They removed my withdrawal options, when I tried to withdraw. They wouldn't engage with me constructively on live chat or through email. Closed my account without my permission and still owe me a sizeable amount of money. Looks like I will have to lie to the loss of it.

Worst site I ever been in ,only let's you withdraw 500 a day if ur not a vip member which means u have to deposit loads, waste of time worst site yet

So i deposited 5000 kronor and i started slowly winning it up to 35000 kronor. Suddenly i couldnt bet anymore than 1 krona per match. I was limited. Then the hell started, i tried to withdraw this amount i won. I gave them all verification they wanted (even alot of papers from the bank and bank account) But everytime i sent in it they wanted something new. They just made up stupids things to keep my money locked. I made verifaction problem on 20 sites and never had problem. But it took me 4 monthes and alot of bank calls. But it took that i last threatened them with Swedish Inspection then they unlocked it so i could withdraw. Worst support ever, they limit winning accounts and it you will go mad if you have to do verification. Play on other casinos and save the trouble

This casino is just a scam, i used their welcome bonus and won 1500kr. I tried to take it out and all looket fine until, i tried to lock in again and than my account was close and locked out. So they just took my Money, and no answer on their support.

I have opened betinia account, I deposited few times and lost which makes me a good costumer.
And when I finally won a good amount I tried to withdraw some money then they asked me for account verification and a selfie to show it's really me, no big deal I did what they asked of me then next day I receive an email saying my account was closed lol, I'm still in the process of fighting this, it's so illegal to take people's money but refuse to pay them when they win, I have all the screen shots of my winnings I hope this gets resolved ASAP because with all these complaints this casino should be reported and banned from operating.

I see that you mentioned the withdrawal process - I am always happy to contact Payments and have them prioritise, upon your request.

That said, I cannot argue that it must have been frustrating to have had all prior requests canceled.

I would be just as frustrated and am truly sorry to see you had such a dissatisfying experience.

It's just that. Withdrawals weren't cancelled and just hung around for three or four days. It's a con. You guys do it so people will get fed up, cancel the withdrawal and lose their winnings which stupidly I did. Every single online bookmaker I have dealt with are the same and I hoped you guys would be an exception but you guys were even worse lol. I'm not wasting anymore hard earned money on companies like this because in my opinion, you are all little more than cheats. I'm going to post a copy of this email exchange in trustpilot to warn others of this which is essentially a scam.

This is a copy of my email with them after cancelling. They don't even check to see if withdrawals were cancelled. They weren't cancelled. They just hung in their system. I could have been waiting weeks and got nowhere. It appears these cowboys have no legislation. For anyone else here, if you manage to get a withdrawal processed, which is going to be difficult, take the money and run. These guys are not trustworthy and they'll get you in the end. I got paid a big bonus in work and was thinking I'll have another crack but I just thought no, they can't be trusted and if a company makes you feel like this, get away from them.

Won a substantial amount of money with them this week. Been waiting over 3 days and they still haven't processed the withdrawal or responded to my mails. On live chat, they keep saying generic responses but assured me all withdrawals are done within 3 business days which is a lie. Once I get the money, I will be self excluded and never using this site again. Use any other site bar this, don't be fooled be the relatively nice interface.

Avoid this site. I deposited 20€ the money never appeared on my account. Now i’ve been struggling for a month to get them to refund me and still hasn’t happened. With the amount of betting sites in the world, please just avoid this one.
