Just to clarify, the Bank Statement sent on April 25th covered all transactions from April 1st through April 24th.

So once this Bank Statement was received, we reviewed every transaction visible on the statement, and we can confirm that they were all successfully received into your user's account.

Still, it might happen for some of the pending transactions at that time to be debited later on, and that's why we requested an updated statement covering the timeframe from debit up to most recent date (today)

Once received we'll be more than happy to check if any additional debits were made and check once again the transactions in question

Can you please confirm to which email address you sent your emails and your GDPR req since you constantly mention Betmach acc and our platform is Betmac and additionally as we mentioned multiple times we have never received any communication from your email address stated here so we suspect you have made a mistake by mixing our platform with another one called Betmach

That is why we kindly advise allowing the process to complete next time, as withdrawals are typically processed within the stated timeframe, but only after account verification is completed
