To all, do yourselves a favour and read through the reviews that unhappy customers have wrote! I've seen a few reviews all saying the same thing that when they try to email betmac it bounces back and it's the same reply back to each one." There's a chance that there's a small typo error" how can we all have typed the wrong email address cuz yes it happened to me aswell, please read this and take something from it

I withdrew £2000 8 days ago
I withdrew £2000 5 days ago and received an email today saying the transaction has failed due to my bank rejecting it. I called my bank and they don't have any record of the payment and betmac refuse to give me any reference number.
The BIC and IBAN and name on my account was correct so I don't know why it would of failed.
I have now been told I have to wait another 2 - 5 days.
After several generic emails I have now been informed it was a technical error on my banks side. I have no choice but to accept this and hope the payment goes through this time.
Just to confirm. Betmac emailed me and said the payment had failed on the payment providers side. I chased with several emails and just received generic emails back. The iban and bic nos on the first withdrawal where correct. They are on my bank statement used for verification and I also confirmed them with the bank.
Hopefully the second withdrawal is successful as its been nearly a week since the withdrawal was requested. I will of course update my review if this does get resolved however at the minute my experience with Betmac has been very poor.
Unfortunately, still no sign of the payment. 13th aug. My bank have confirmed they cant see any payment and a payment would not fail due to the wrong BIC number. I'm starting to feel very uneasy and concerned that this payment has not been sent as informed.
14th aug. Unfortunately still no money cleared into my account. Its now been 8 days since the original withdrawal. Not looking good.
The payment did turn up today. 8 days after the original withdrawal. A bit smaller than I thought it would of been however the bank may of charged me to change the euros to pounds. All in all a pretty bad experience and the bonuses are pretty poor too.
I will be closing my account. I have changed the rating to 3 stars as I did receive the payment eventually.
Another update. 17th Aug. I asked betmac to close my account. They did, however I told them to self exclude me for 5 years due to a gambling addiction and they just closed my account so I can reopen if needed.
In my opinion this casino is out to get anyone with a gambling problem. They don't approve withdrawals for days then even when it's approved a few days latter the balance reapers to give you another chance to lose the money saying it was a technical problem. Please stay away from this casino.

Do note that on our end your newly requested withdrawal was successfully processed as soon as it was re-requested. At that time, we also advised you to re-check your account credentials, including the BIC and IBAN details provided before initiating your new request.
We would also like to clarify that we did not inform you that your bank had rejected the payment, so there may have been some misunderstanding on this point. Moreover we suspect that the funds never reached your Bank at all
We also truly hope that this newly processed withdrawal will reach your bank account without any further issues, however, after re-checking all the available information it appears the BIC you used may no longer be in use with your Bank, so we kindly recommend confirming this directly with them to ensure smooth processing.
