friendly staff, clean changing rooms and gym, not over crowded. the only negative is the lack of lower back training devices

instructors are great
instructors are great, classes are really good and the areas are clean and look tidy but the timetable doesn't always match up to what is going on.. spin is usually an hour on Wednesdays but the timetable says its 45 mins which means if you wanted to do pilates afterwards you have to leave spin early but otherwise all good no complaints.
