It would be great if we could have a fitness class starting at 09:00 or 09:30 as well. The later starting times foe eg, 11:00 although great classes break up the morning. Maybe add an additional class... Ver más

Unfair pro rata of first month fee
Signed up 28th December. The first period subscription fee was pro-rata'd to include the end of December and the whole of January, even though no classes run until 8th January.

Thank you for your review.
The price you pay for swimming lessons membership, is based on a 50 week plan so the 2 weeks over the festive period is already applied as a discounted rate on the monthly fee.
For example, if the fee for 52 weeks is £520 (£10 a week) you would only pay £500 for the whole year or £41.67 monthly, to account for the 2 weeks when there are no lessons.
You are also asked to select the start date when you sign up and it is shown when your first lesson will be before you sign up so you can decide when you want the membership to commence.
I hope that clarifies things.

The equipment is brilliant and the gym space is clean and bright. The staff are really friendly and helpful. :)
Scope for improvement: the changing rooms. Pretty smelly! :(
