Great to have a pool locally and gym facilities and sauna. The staff are all very lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the swimming showers are always quite stinky and get a lot of bugs especially in sum... Ver más

I think the trainers are great
I think the trainers are great, helpful and professional - the only thing missing is rebounding classes at Leytonstone. I miss them :-(

Hygiene and maintenance a lot to be desired for
Hygiene and maintenance a lot to be desired for. Shower has not been fixed for 2 months or longer in the swimming changing rooms. The centre has been notified on many occasions yet still no repair. Staff are brill but maintenance is awful and this is similar at Leyton Leisure Centre also.

Yeah they are ok
Yeah they are ok.
Just that the staff at time seem to be sleeping in the desk. They shut early on weekends. They have a couple of broken machine that is still waiting to be fixed yet this cause day on exercise as less machine is up and running in order.

Swimming lesson
My experience with swimming coaches was great. They were very friendly and professional. They made me overcome my anxiety and fears of the swimming pool. The coach was very dedicated to her role, to the point that she got into the pool with the learners, which helped build confidence and courage among beginners and inexperienced swimmers.

Great place to get fit but also sociable too.
Fabulous team all very friendly and really helpful. Amenities clean and checked regularly. Overall very happy member.

The cost of suspended membership to Better facilities will cost you some £20 a month!
Having taken my joining fee from my bank account and provided documentary evidence of my eligibility for the category of discounted membership (over 60 years of age) to an employee at the centre, I was informed in a blizzard of emails that I had "great news" that my membership had been processed, closely followed by another which announced that my membership has been suspended for lack of proof of eligibility! It is now the 23rd September and my monthly membership fee is available (theoretically) for only one week...except, as I understand it, my membership remains inexplicably 'suspended'

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Need more aerobics classes though only one for the week which gets booked up quickly. Instructors need head microphone as difficult to hear them above music if you're at the back.

swimming times
only women swimming could have different times because i can't use the swimming pool on Tuesday and Thursday,between 19:30 and 22:00 the times that i have available to do swimming.

I do group classes the timetable is…
I do group classes the timetable is flexible both morning and evening classes are available.
Some times it’s hard to get a space on the popular classes that can be frustrated.
