Helpful friendly staff. From my initial encounter when I went to enquire about membership the staff member was very helpful & showed me the pool & was most helpful & kind.

We are sorry to hear that there are not enough weights for the Olympic bars that you use at the Wembley leisure centre. I will forward your comments for the attention of the centre manager so he can look into this on your behalf. If more weights are required the centre manager will look into ordering some more.

Wembley better - complete cheat!
Hi I have takem a subscription for swimming lessons for child aged 6 years at Wembley center. At the time of taking the membership, I have been told that my child will get lessons from instructor weekly once, and she can practise on any day when there is a swim for all slot. They confirmed that I can accompany my child for free to coach her since she < 8 years.
I have been taking my child to lessons and few practise sessions so far for three weeks. Today they have refused me to enter and said I have to make a separate paid booking to accompany a child.
I think this is completely unfair. An adult who takes a membership for 30 pound can practise any number of times and a child won't be able to practise without adult paid booking. Though I tried explaining the reception staff multiple times, they don't listen and are rude.
This is a complete cheat! I took my child out of Vale Farm just that this is closer to my home. But this is unbelievable.
Better team, please sort this.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry for any confusion regarding your childs membership and access.
I can confirm that a child swimming lesson membership has never given free access to a parent or guardian to swim also.
If you are bringing your child to a 'Swim for all' session outside of their lesson, they would not be charged but anyone accompanying them would be required to purchase a ticket.
Adult swim lessons only include access to one lesson a week and they do not get swimming for free outside of their lessons. However, an adult can purchase a Swim only membership for £40 a month and this will give the customer UK access to swimming for 'Swim for all' and 'Swim for fitness' sessions.
I hope that clarifies things.

I loved the registration process which was easy and fast. The male changing room is regularly being cleaned. The staff were helpful on my first day in terms of downloading the app and installing. I’d love to see the improvement on equipments in the intense Gym room. Overall, I’m so far satisfied.
