Been betting here since 2021 more or less, every time i get some kind of winnings above the deposits i made something comes out. (Pictures, bank statements, address issues). In the last days the site as been bugged alot (offline, random errors) Today i made a single bet with money i deposit yesterday, the odds were ove 1.8 (so not below the 1.3 rules they allways ask) and when i make the withdrawal i get a random error and to contact the staff. In the chat i get the answer that my account was automatically flagged for anti-fraud. The fraud is this site. Don't bet here, they will not pay you and one random day and you will be without your money.

Uma valente m****, tinha um saldo real de 20€ e recebi 100 rodadas gratis, consegui fazer por volta de 50€ com essas rodadas, acontece q o saldo real ficou misturado com o saldo bonus e quando fui tentar completar o rollover fiquei sem o saldo real. Esta plataforma é um valente scam e nem tentam esconder isso, já q nem deixam fazer levantamentos sem termos de fazer um deposito primeiro e depois disso não deixam levantar por razões estupidas. Fiquem longe desta plataforma. SCAM

I created my account 3 days back and i deposited total of 15000 INR, and i win big .. I placed 3 combo bets luckily i won them and i even lost few small bets and thn i in the end had 670k in my account . I was like now i should get a withdrawal. Early morning today i did a verification by submitting Aadhar card and within next 10 mins i got a mail my account is verified but thn i withdraw my funds and they literally rejected my withdrawal and asked for new verification things, send us deposit proofs and we have the right to block your funds and account and what note . Fake false rules. They saw i played well and win big and hence they did this to my account . I can open my account but can’t withdraw my money. I want my money back. Someone please help me here .

I have proof of my real account balance and feel this is very unfair. If I was underage, they should have blocked my account earlier — not wait until I won money.

Bettilt took my deposits, allowed me to gamble, and now refuses to pay the money I won. This is dishonest and abusive.

I request a full refund of my balance, not just the deposits. I'm attaching a screenshot of my account balance as proof.

Criei conta na Bettilt antes dos 18 anos, mas depois de completar a maioridade continuei a jogar e fiz depósitos normalmente. A plataforma aceitou os meus depósitos e nunca me bloqueou. Ganhei dinheiro de forma justa no casino, e quando pedi o levantamento do meu saldo, que era de cerca de 600€, decidiram encerrar a conta e disseram que só iriam devolver os 95€ que depositei.

Não fui avisado nem bloqueado antes, e só recusaram devolver o saldo depois de eu ganhar dinheiro. Tenho prova em imagem do saldo da minha conta.

Sinto-me injustiçado e burlado. A Bettilt não é licenciada em Portugal e recomendo que outros jogadores não usem esta plataforma. Vou continuar a expor este caso para que outras pessoas não passem pelo mesmo.

eu depositei 6 mil euros na conta do meu irmão e fizemos uma aposta e ganhamos e ficamos com 15 mil na conta, e quando fomos levantar pediram muitos documentos e fotos. Enviamos tudo e no final só querem nos enviar os 6 mil que colocamos e o lucro não, e isso já faz mais de uma semana e até agora não nos enviaram nem a devolução

It sure was a good site and even giving withdrawal and my KYC was also approved. Yesterday they rejected my withdrawal and Even demand for further documents and selfie for further KYC and i also provided them that. They said kyc will be approved within 24 hours and here i am , still not approved. I contacted their customer service and they said my submitted documents are verified and they just require a small verification by call. Joguei na Bettilt e sinceramente, pareceu tudo menos um jogo justo. Fiz um primeiro depósito de 150€ e consegui, com esse valor, subir até aos 600€. A partir daí, só perdi.

Depositei mais 150€ e perdi tudo logo nas primeiras apostas, sem qualquer lógica. Fiz então um terceiro depósito de 100€, cheguei aos 420€, e novamente perdi tudo — sempre em sequências estranhas e completamente improváveis.

No final, cheguei a assistir a 17 vermelhos seguidos no Bac Bo, o que é altamente improvável num jogo supostamente aleatório. Cada vez que eu dobrava a aposta no vermelho, saía azul. Quando mudava para azul, saía vermelho. Era como se o sistema estivesse a reagir diretamente às minhas apostas para me fazer perder — quase como se estivesse a jogar contra uma máquina que lê os meus movimentos.

No total perdi 450€, e saí com a sensação clara de que o jogo estava manipulado para o jogador perder quando mais importa. Isto não tem nada a ver com azar, tem a ver com controlo e manipulação.

Bettilt - Conta limitada sem motivo claro – operação ilegal em Portugal

Registei-me na Bettilt sem saber que a plataforma não possui licença válida para operar em Portugal. Nem devia ter sido permitido o meu registo.

Após algumas apostas bem-sucedidas, a minha conta foi bruscamente limitada, impedindo-me de apostar valores normais (por vezes não mais do que 1€). Entrei em contacto com o suporte e a primeira explicação que recebi foi que “os traders estavam a limitar as apostas automaticamente”. Mais tarde, disseram-me que afinal a decisão era “irreversível” e tomada pelo “Departamento de Segurança e Anti-Fraude”. Duas justificações completamente diferentes e incoerentes.

Nunca me foi apresentada qualquer razão concreta ou relatório sobre supostas violações dos termos. A plataforma continua a aceitar utilizadores portugueses, a comunicar em português e a promover-se nas redes sociais, tudo sem autorização do regulador nacional (SRIJ).

Fica o aviso: esta casa de apostas opera ilegalmente e impõe limitações arbitrárias sem justificar.

I registered on Bettilt without knowing that the platform does not hold a valid license to operate in Portugal. I only discovered this after already having an active account and deposited funds.

After a few successful bets, my account was suddenly limited, preventing me from placing normal wagers (sometimes capped at as low as €1). I contacted support and was first told that “traders were automatically limiting the bets.” Later, I received a completely different answer, saying the decision was “irreversible” and taken by the “Security and Anti-Fraud Department.” Two contradictory explanations.

No concrete reason or report was ever shared to justify the restriction. Meanwhile, the platform continues to target Portuguese users, operates in Portuguese, and advertises on social media – all without authorization from the official national regulator (SRIJ).

Consider this a warning: Bettilt operates illegally and applies arbitrary restrictions without justification.

I'd like to say that all the comments below are crazy talk, my experience with these guys is great. I play online quite a lot and these guys helped me with all the issues I had ( Withdrawls , Verifications, you name it.) as a plus to this they have multiple live games and many different providers. And yes this is a realll comment.

Why don't you ban or blacklist such harmful and money swallowing sites like this?
They are currently promoting IPL quiz contest and not updating their scores. Later when we go to ask them about why you don't updated score then they talk very rudely.
