Deposit is awesome but withdrawal is very hard

I have invested a good amount and deposited in Bettilt and started losing as it was new to me to know the game. The deposit process is very very smooth and it accepts from all channels Net banking, IMPS and digital payment gateway. The interface is awesome but the story starts when you start withdrawing. I have deposited many amounts via different banks and different channels now when I withdrawal it asks which channel u have deposited from .. secondly on there website the limit of withdrawal showed as 10,00,000 but when you start withdrawing all your withdrawal gets cancelled by Bettilt and says rejected. So now u have limited withdrawal. suppose you have deposited 8,00,000 in a day and won 10,00,000 but on their website, you can withdraw only 49999 in a day. They say that one withdrawal is allowed at a time and that is too limited to 49999. Not sure why they mentioned on their website the 10,00,000 limit when u can withdraw only 49999. Secondly, u need to wait for support to come online. Now to withdraw your won amount of 10,00,000 it will take 20 days because they process 49999 in a day it's not instant.

Please note that all unsuccessful withdraws are due to incorrect data being entered at the time of withdrawals solicitacion or incorrect method. Regarding the second point, please note that for example on 04.03.22 you had 149991 INR processed revealing that your claim is not true.

The worst betting/casino website i ever went deposited 15 euros they said they would give me a bonus nowhere it was stated that it had a 30x wager!!! EVEN THO i completed the wager they took over 3 days to verify my identity. while most websites take 2 hours 4hours top. 100% WOULD NOT USE IT AGAIN

Not pay bonus

Bettilt sent me an email saying to bet on game X and if the bet was lost, they would give me back half the amount lost. I placed the bet, fulfilling all the rules and as it was lost, I sent the email asking for the return of half of the loss. Bettilt's reply was that he was not going to pay me because my account was blocked from receiving bonuses.

In other words, send an email to tell me to bet, I bet complying with all the rules imposed by bettilt, and in the end they simply say they will not pay. They are deliberately cheating customers.

Do not put money in Bettilt, there are many other bookmakers of more confidence.

Attenzione non paga le vincite !!!!

Il sito più lento per i pagamenti , e sperare che poi mandano il pagamento....la mia esperienza e molto negativa ed essendo un titolare di un blog sportivo se non avrò la mia vincita lavorerò duramente per fare in modo che nessuno abbia i miei problemi , nello specifico fai una richiesta di prelievo e per 72 ore rimane in corso di accertamento già cosa assurda , 1 perché quando si accredita una vincita si presume che sia già controllata e 2 che ci vogliano 72 ore per un ulteriore controllo ancora più assurda ... e sempre nella avvicinarsi delle 72 ore di solito 1 ora prima ti scrivono che hai fatto copia incolla della iban , anche se nel mio caso non e così usano questa scusa per richiedere di nuovo il prelievo e quindi ripartono altre 72 ore ..... sinceramente rimango sbalordito di come si possa truffare un proprio cliente in questo modo , cm per la terza volta farò l' ennesima richiesta di prelievo e vediamo cosa si inventano ....o già chiamato il mio legale per avvertirlo che se non ricevo il pagamento inizierò la pratica , ricordo a tutti che bettlit a una licenza europea e quindi abbiamo i nostri diritti come cittadini Europei, sinceramente o provato altri siti Europei e tanti problemi come con loro non lo mai avuti ,per il deposito bastano pochi secondi e per il prelievo settimane , e perché non ci sono le stesse tempistiche nel deposito , perché viene comodo a loro .....puoi depositare senza aver confermato il conto e non puoi prelevare se non l'hai fatto , vi ricordo che pagare le vincite e cosa fondamentale per un bokmakers cm ragazzi tra 3 giorni vi dirò se sono riuscito finalmente a prendere la mia vincita !!! Vi darò aggiornamenti qui.

Purtroppo

Purtroppo, anch'io sono caduto nelle grinfie di questo bookmaker disonesto, e dopo avere depositato 50€, e chiuso una multipla che pagava 3x, mi ritrovo tutto contento a prelevare la cifra di Euro 154... beh, premetto che avevo inviato tutti i documenti necessari alla verifica del conto, e i documenti sono stati tutti accettati, ma la vincita non mi è stata comunque pagata!! ASSURDO, contatto l'assistenza, e purtroppo, mi sono innervosito, e ho mandato a quel paese il tipo dell'assistenza clienti... RISULTATO? Conto gioco chiuso e... bye bye 154€...
Il mio suggerimento è quello di stare alla LARGA da Bettilt, poi se volete perdere i vostri soldi, fate vobis...

Be careful about this site

Be careful about this site , they canceled all my wins(4303 euro) and i have all proove , and blocked my account because am was in vacation in nederland and my account was created in morocco ... but i will take all legal procedures

They refused to Validate My Account. UPDATED

MY ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY VALIDATED.
They refused to pay my wining bet. I placed a 30 euro bet, on football.
They asked for my ID, my Selfie With my ID holding and my Power Bill for address verification.
I sent ALL the documents. ALL of them.
They called me to my phone. I Stated to them that I cant speak English. I write English with translator’s help.
They called me to my phone and they asked me
- what was my first deposit .
I couldn’t understand them , and I gave the phone to my wife and then to my brother. He told them anything they asked for.
Postal Code, Address, Age, Deposit via Skrill, Email etc.

They asked ….
" what was my first deposit. "
my first deposit was MONTHS ago. For many months I wasn’t using my account. How could I remember that ?????
They accepted my deposit, WITHOUT verification. They accepted my football bet, WITHOUT verification.
But when it comes to pay my winnings, they asked for documents. THAT’S VERY FINE. NO PROBLEM AT ALL FOR DOCUMENTS.

BUT they refused to pay winnings , because I couldn’t remember questions like :
-what was my first deposit .
- what was my first bet .
- If I know about their bonuses.

I did make a deposit to them MONTHS ago, I got bonus and I bet on casino.
After that, and after almost a year, I came back to them and I placed a football bet.
So now they ask for documents. I sent documents, but I wasn’t able to remember all the details about my first deposit.

That is the reason they refused to validate FOR THE SECOND TIME my ALREADY VALIDATED account and they refuse to pay winnings.

They closed my account.

I got all of their Emails, if anyone need them.

UPDATE.
They Asked me, after my review, to contact them via bettilt support email.
So, I did it. See for yourself. Those people are scammers. Stay away from them.
