I have ordered before with no issues but this time the quality of two items was not good so I wanted to return, I’m getting zero response from email after 3 attempts. I haven’t encountered worse customer service while shopping online, will never buy from this site again

The piece arrived and I am disappointed with the quality of the necklace. It is not real silver and for 26 euro I expected more. The Irish writing on it is very small and illegible. Don't waste your money pay a bit extra and buy real silver from a credible jeweler.

Rudest company I have ever dealt with. Ordered my items Christmas eve as their delivery still had the 2-3 day promise. The beginning of January came and no items had been received. I emailed support and they were extremely rude and unhelpful, then another week came and I emailed again. Again extremely rude and unhelpful and said my products had been sent, two weeks later my products still had not arrived as I am sure they didn’t bother to send them and finally when I explained these were gifts and the occasions have passed I asked for a refund. I got an email to say refund is on the way. My email was not even acknowledged, and not even an apology. I would not recommend anyone to shop here !

I ordered a gold chain necklace with an Irish inscription for a friend.

The necklace arrived quickly, however the writing on the pendant is totally illegible. It is literally a tiny scribble and impossible to make out what it says.

I paid extra for a gift box expecting the necklace to be nicely presented, however it had just been wrapped in a plastic covering and chucked into the box. There was no foam to present the necklace on so pretty pointless all in all. Very careless packaging.

I ended up using an old gift box I already owned, and had to write the inscription on a card so that my friend would know what it said.

In hindsight I wish I'd have returned this. Quality feels nice and delivery was quick,but not worth it. Avoid anything inscripted and avoid the additional giftbox services

Placed an order before Christmas as a gift, no tracking information received - had to email numerous times to get it, then when tracking was provided, it was for a different order (post date was before my order date) very aggressive and unhelpful customer service, basically told me to reach out to the post office and very aggressive. Avoid this brand - they don’t deserve your custom.

Requested a replacement for an earring that would not clip together properly. Have been promised twice now that it has been sent registered post (however never provided me with tracking). I’ve chased this up numerous times now and has been over 3 weeks since I first contacted them. Poor customer services and also poor quality.

I recently placed my first order with Betty and Biddy which was delivered within 3 days. I bought 4 pairs of earrings and when they arrived I was really impressed at the quality and beauty of all of them. They really are stunning.

On top of this, their customer service is top notch. I had to contact them through their email with a query and I had a personal response within minutes back to me. About as real-time as it gets!

I ordered jewellery over a month ago, which has not arrived. I contacted customer support after 2 weeks, and they claim they sent the package again. Another 2 weeks past and yet no parcel arrived. They took a long time with replies and also could not give me proof of postage. After 5 weeks of emailing, I got a blunt reply to say they would give me a refund, however I would have much preferred the jewellery. Won’t be buying with them again, or recommending them.

Bought a pair of earrings that arrived damaged and bent out of shape. Very poor quality for the price, I can tell they won't last. I wish I'd done some research prior to ordering, I never usually purchase from online retailers with this many negative reviews.

Cheap looking jewellery, that doesn't look as good as the pictures/website. Well over priced for supermarket looking quality. Bad customer service. Never replied to emails. Took nearly a month to receive goods in the first place. Blatantly paid for 'fake' good reviews. Please don't waste your money. *DON'T BUY*

Fabulous quality jewellery at a very affordable price. I have been getting pieces here for years and I always get compliments on my Betty and Biddy pieces. They look far more expensive than the price point. Customer service is excellent too.

I am satisfied with the products, but what is absolutely terrible is the customer service. On the e-shop, everywhere it says that shipping is free from a certain amount and in the end they always asked me for 8 euros for shipping. I have ordered three times already and each time I had to ask for information about my shipment, because more than a week after payment I had no information about the shipment. And when I contacted the e-shop for some information, I received a totally arrogant and unhelpful reply. One time my shipment didn't even arrive and they refused to refund my money, which they finally did after long messages. So as I write, the products are great, but I can never order anything here again.

Ordered jewellery for my bridesmaids with Betty and Biddy, which never arrived, was told repeatedly that they were in the post but every time I asked for a tracking number or link my emails were ignored. Eventually I ordered from elsewhere instead, and now months down the line they still never turned up and I've just realised there are lots of fake reviews on this page. Plus several reviews saying the same experience as myself, would avoid.

Very poor customer service. Replies to my email about not receiving my order were borderline rude. “Barb” I’m talking to you. My order was finally resent and arrived a month after I’d placed it. The items were cheap looking and not worth the money or hassle. Avoid

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 necklaces on the 28th March for an event a few weeks later and as of writing on the 7th May they still haven’t arrived. Customer service is appalling, every time I email I’m told it’s in the post. Eventually when I asked for a refund they offered to re send it, but this has still not arrived. It doesn’t seem that I will ever receive these items and whenever I mention a refund this is completely ignored.

I bought 4 black clover bracelets from betty and biddy, 3 of which were gifts and one for myself. My bracelet broke the first time wearing it back in January. I have since found out, that the friends i gifted the other bracelets too also snapped off on the first wear. This is disappointing as i thought it was just mine and embarrassed that the gifts I gave were poor quality.

I love this company. Fast, free delivery, great prices and fantastic choice! My recent order included the black carre necklace, a lovely delicate chain with a black square pendant that sits beautifully. I also loved the crescent moon hoops, perfect for a night out. I also got the 3 pin stud earrings which are great for everyday wear. I'll definitely be ordering again soon
