Both necklaces j bought were faulty and I was told I had to pay return postage, wouldn’t buy from again hugely disappointed!!

Lovely chunky necklace. I wouldn't normally wear this type of necklace but this one is so thin with small links. This would be a wonderful piece for layering. As usual the price is very reasonable and quality is very good.

Beautiful jewellery. I came across the jewellery as a recommendation on Instagram and I have purchased many items for myself and as gifts for others ever since. The designs are so beautiful and unique with thoughtful meaning behind them.
Customer service is always above and beyond, answering queries quickly and helping most recently when I lost an earring which they were able to replace quickly.

Beautiful jewellery, and at an affordable price. Excellent customer service. I had a small problem with a breakage on a bracelet and they couldn't have been more helpful, or quick to replace it. Very friendly in emails, and even going so far as to give a complementary piece of jewellery to my order. Totally unexpected but definitely appreciated. If only more small business were like this! Will definitely be buying again and recommend to others. ❤️

Was gifted a necklace for my birthday last year by friends, and it’s still in perfect condition, I wear it everyday. I now use betty&biddy to buy jewellery for myself and for really meaningful gifts for my nearest and dearest too. So unique having the native language on a chain around my neck! I ordered a bracelet from betty and biddy and was talking to Barb who was very helpful. Replied to my email straight away. The bracelet is gorgeous and such good quality. Very impressed and happy! Definitely ordering from them again.

I ordered some necklaces off this company, never usually order from small business, especially one's I've seen on social media. I took a chance, as I liked some of their jewellery. I placed my order and it was delayed, I got in touch and dealt with a lovely lady called Jules. She went out of her way to help and got my order to me the next morning. She added something for myself, it was very generous of her, which I will pay it forward. My order was with me before 9am the next morning and the items were lovely. We should support small businesses more and also try to remember that they can't get our orders to us as quick as they would like, or like the big companies, so maybe allow for that. Jules and Barb who I dealt with were lovely ladies and I can't say enough about the customer service, also the products are great value for money, I was very happy.

This is such a fabulous brand and their customer service is fantastic. I recently lost an item that I had purchased from them and their customer service managed to source the item again for me and sent it to me promptly. Their items are stunning and I especially love their little huggie hoops and their tennis necklace set. Beautiful pieces ❤️. Definitely a delighted repeat customer and love supporting this Irish business.

My experience with BettyandBiddy was amazing. A lot of my friends shop here and they all highly recommended them as it is perfect for a gifts and is a Irish brand. Barb was just so helpful and professional I emailed on Tuesday evening 8pm to ask was there a possibility I could come and collect the necklace as I needed it for that weekend within 30 minutes Barb had emailed me back and arranged collection for that week. The customer service was amazing! I was so happy with the necklace I purchased and my friend loved it. I would highly recommend BettyandBiddy. Thanks Barb 😊

Poor customer service. Paid nearly €200 for items and paid for express delivery. A week later items not received and I contacted the company who advised in one email that my package was with the courier and then in a second email with was send by an post. Eventually received item and the postage date stamp was the date of my last email to them. One of the earrings I paid €40 arrived broken. They will not reply to my emails so I had to raise a claim with PayPal. Tried to support a small Irish company but such poor customer service I will not use again. The products are also over priced for the quality.

Really love the selection of items, the quality always exceeds the price point. Returned many times and will do this Christmas as well.
