Could definitely improve.
Not the best site, too many problems, even logging on takes ages, the 'cash out' option comes and goes as they please, when you close 'deposit' at the bottom of the page it always puts a bet on your slip. A really bad one is the lack of being able to bet on accumulators on the football (under over goals, both teams to score etc, they all need a ridiculous lot of clicking. The live stream very rarely works, near enough useless really.

Honest review
Honest review, opened an account yesterday was verified and deposited no problem playing for a few hours and was lucky enough to build up a balance of around £2400. I made a request for a withdrawal of £2300 and then my account was logged out and suspended following a safer gambling review. I then was asked to upload 3 documents which I did and these have all been accepted. My account is still suspended as of 21/08 is with the review team and whilst online chat was quick to respond and helpful they were not able to confirm a timeframe for when the review will be completed and withdrawal approved.
I’m giving 3 stars for now and will update when review is completed and funds received.
Looking at other reviews I am not hopeful for a quick turnaround but will update once complete.

Abysmal website. Abysmal. Used them once in a blue moon, but still must have stuck at least a few grand into their accounts over the years. The first time I get a decent win they tell me they need to verify my PayPal account ... the one they've been taking money out of the whole time. We're over a week later and they've not paid me yet. Now my account is suspended as they do God knows what. I've told them to close the account and send on the balance. Days later, nothing.
I'm begining to wonder if I'm being scammed. They clearly find it much harder to deposit money than they find withdrawing it. Ridiculous. Worst experience ever on a betting site. I recommend you avoid like the plague.

Bookmaker will reduce the amount you can stake to less than £10 for no reason
I had been a customer for about a year and had placed bets every week on football. I didn't bet over the summer but came back to them in August 2025 when the football season restarted and tried to placed a £10 betbuilder bet to find that my stakes have been limited to between £5 and £7. No idea why. I decided to withdraw all the money I had in this account and to be fair to them this happened immediately.
