This "mob" are a joke,I have been trying to verify my account for days,I am not getting to upload my picture of my bank card as it keeps saying its to dark,to light ,blurry and can't find document,so I then emailed them the pictures that are perfect and all I get back is another email asking me to verify my document.I never got asked to verify my documents until I had a £2500 win which is the wrong practice and illegal

Easy way to lose money
I did the sign up bonus because it was advertised online. Spent the wagering amount and then they couldn't find record i had done so assumed it was an oversight and deposited again. Played through the wagering again only to find that the bonus never came through. Bottom of the barrel company. Steer well clear

If you lose your card you've had it. Betuk send you to your bank to ask for a form which doesn't exist. They tell you to get a certification of ownership. No bank has ever heard of it yet Betuk demand it. No other bookie does this. It's shocking.
And don't bother with your automated reply about how you're committed to being transparent and fair etc. I'm not interested.
