I have had support on my self-assessment from BI for over three years now. They've made the jump into self-employment feel very easy from a tax perspective. Zac is my point of contact. My self-assessment has always been completed well ahead of schedule and I've always had a quick response to any queries along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I've been with Bright Ideas for just over 2 years now and my dedicated accountant, Millie, has been excellent in supporting all things 'accountancy' for my small business. She explains everything very well and responds quickly to any queries I have. It's comforting to know that I don't need to worry about either the business financials or my own self-assessment calculations as these are all covered within their monthly fee.

Millie has always been incredibly quick to reply to my questions and explained things in plenty of detail.

Bright Ideas Accountancy was recommended to me by a friend a couple of years ago as I was being charged a fortune by my then current Accountancy Firm and receiving an incredibly poor service. Fortunately, changing to Bright Ideas turned out to be a fantastic decision and I’ve never looked back. To date I’ve had 2 accountants at Bright Ideas and I’ve found both to be exceptional. My 1st Accountant (Syed) was absolutely fantastic, so I was very sad when he told me that he was moving on to explore a new opportunity. I’ve since been assigned to Millie and I’m pleased to say that she also been wonderful. Like Syed before her, Millie has always been extremely friendly, helpful, reliable and great at what she does. She’s exceptionally well organised and always very easy get hold of (even when I’ve had the smallest of queries), often going out of her way to help me. She’s always quick to respond to emails and always willing to jump on the phone to explain and talk things through. To sum up my experience of Bright Ideas has always been a very positive one - an exceptional service without an unnecessarily inflated price tag.

I have been a customer with Bright Ideas since 2020 dealing firstly with Syed and latterly with Millie. I have found them to be fairly priced, vigilant and always available for advice with prompt responses on email. I moved from Paystream, using their own accounts management software, to BI using FreeAgent which is far superior in terms of forecasting income, available funds and upcoming liabilities. The interface is also very user friendly.

BI is everything you need in an accountancy firm if you are a Limited company.
