No. You've got my address from companies house and you've immediately abused that data. I'm not giving you any more ways to contact me. And I am most definitely *NOT* a customer

Was with Bright Ideas for over 4 years and don't regret my decision at all. Super friendly, professional and brilliant with advice. Excellent service. Thomas was always prompt to respond to any queries.

The accountancy software you logon on to use - Freeagent - also worked well and was mostly self explanatory.

All in all a very good service. Especially compared to the previously firm I had the displeasure to deal with.

Accounting as it should be done: efficient, informative, accurate and friendly and all done at a very competitive rate.
From my very first contact when Michael, the principal, rang me to personally explain their services, I knew they were different from the rest.
BI Accountancy assigned Syed as my personal contact and absolutely nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for him. Most emails were answered within the hour..and often within minutes..and any more complex issues were immediately scheduled in for a friendly and patient phone call.
I would have no hesitation in recommending BI Accountancy to other contractors and professionals.

Michael has been my accountant for the past three years and has always been very prompt and very clear in explaining things to me. This year in particular, due to my ineptitude and despite polite reminders I only contacted him on 28 Jan with a request to do my self-assessment. He still managed to do it and submitted it on Saturday 30 Jan, including making a last minute change after I forgot to supply a detail. Very impressed!
