The quality and finish of the sign was…
The quality and finish of the sign was excellent, I was surprised to see it was a poster when it came because I thought it would be able to sit it on a easel or shelf. In the picture it looked like you could and it cost 40.00.

Hi Susan, sorry about this, there is a choice of either the pvc or paper when ordering, the paper comes rolled up and we recommend it to be framed. The pvc option is 5mm thick and sturdy to stand

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I emailed Big Day Signs to see if they could do up a personalised door sign for a childs bedroom, a different one to the ones they had on their site.
I was sent a proof and received it in the post before Christmas- the order was short notice.

I ordered my sign on the 7th of…
I ordered my sign on the 7th of December for a party which took place on Friday last 15th Dec. I have still not received it even though I paid €7.50 for postage and packaging. I rang the number on the website numerous times which went unanswered and sent a message via instagram which also was unanswered. I used your services before and was happy so am eager to know what went wrong this time. As you can imagine it was disappointing to spend so much money and have nothing to show for it at the party. If it arrives now it is essentially useless to me.
