Till now I have not bothered with trust pilot but a customer of mine has said there is but one review of my cues here.
I just want to reply to the bull that has been written.

There are 3 guys besides myself that make my cues here in England each of them has over 30 years of making cues of the highest standard possible and have their own brands .
They work for me on a sit of sub contract basis where I supply all the materials and pay them for their labour only

I also sell cues made abroad mainly from thailand. These cues are cheaper as the labour cost there is lower and I bade them up diferently and sell them cheaper.
Because I am known as someone who slates the cowboys in this industry when I have proof some of these cowboys write fake reviews which is what I believe the only review here at the moment is.

In over 20 years of trading not one person has ever been unsatisfied with a cue purchased from me.

I would strongly advise against buying from this seller. In my experience, most of their cues are sourced from overseas manufacturers and then Re-Badged as their own work, which can be misleading.

The quality of the cues I’ve seen is not up to standard, particularly in terms of material selection and overall craftsmanship,he barely knows how to affix a name badge. i would recommend looking very carefully at what you’re buying.

Appalling customer service when issues arise. His language is inappropriate and unprofessional. Acting like an abusive alcoholic. Shocking service! Avoid this seller!
