Great customer service. Prompt turn around on a full service. Less than 2 hours on a Saturday.

I appreciated Caroline responding so swiftly to my on line request for a quote to replace my cam belt. She was clear regarding the pricing and the duration of the job. As I had some idea what I should be paying,I was happy with the quote.Caroline booked me in within the next few days and I was pleasantly surprised that the work was completed before the time allocated.I briefly met the mechanic who dealt with my car who was equally friendly and well mannered and gave me reassurance that all would be well with my car.The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that trying to manoeuvre my car into the garage space was cramped and awkward,however,the mechanic might do this for you anyway.Also,I was expecting an itemised breakdown of the quote in writing prior to the job.Once again these are minor issues in comparison to the competitive quote and the job well done in a timely manner

The Binley Woods engineer is one of the greatest. Here is a man who is truly expert at his job. The whole staff from the breakdown guy to the lady accountant are friendly, efficient and do not over charge

I had a pleasant experience here getting my car repaired

Went in to have my clutch checked and replaced if it was damaged, dropped my car off in the morning and was called while it was being looked at and was told my brake pads and discs were shocked and needed replacing as well

Would recommended coming here as although my clutch replacement was at a good cost, the additional repairs are fairly priced as they they didn’t charge additional labour for the additional repairs

Would come back here again as they are quick and efficient and honest

This is the second time ,I have used binley Woods service station. First to have my car serviced and just recently for a MOT. On both occasions we found the staff really helpful and received excellent customer service. The mechanic went out of his way to resolve a problem, left by another company. A big thank you to Caroline for her support.
