Sarah and the team were professional, thorough and incredibly helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. Communication was always clear, and we felt kept informed about what was happening and what was still outstanding. Whenever we had questions, they were explained in a straightforward way, which made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to navigate.
There were a number of documents and issues to work through with the property, but everything was dealt with carefully and thoroughly, and we always felt that our interests were being properly looked after.
