The team involved in completing an at home Will were most helpful particularly the paralegal who visited on several occasions. She could not have done more to facilitate the request in challenging circumstances and was incredibly patient and sympathetic, one could not have asked for better service and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her and her colleague, Micky Revell and Alicia.

Africa and Claudia have always responded promptly and went the extra mile to try to secure a lease extension on the property I was purchasing for free. The sale was eventually completed and they are now starting on the sale of the property.

I contacted Bonallack and Bishop from an internet search. I was stressed out because of extortionate and immediate payment request from a Landlord because of late payment of ground rent with threat of immediate court action for repossession. They had not sent the invoice nor the demand. It all turned out be a hoax. Bonallack and Bishop quickly reviewed the correspondence and provided a solution, as part of their initial free 15-minute consultancy. Hopefully this will prevent the landlord from taking further action. Delighted with the advice I was given in a very professional and rapid manner.

Incompetence personified, not only do they take a minimum of 7-10 day to respond to the most basic of queries they can't even stick to a date which means we're about to loose the house we are buying and will be made homeless, I cannot stress this enough please avoid these solicitors like the plague as all they'll do is cause you stress and health issues.

I have been very impressed with the company and how professional they have been. I used them for the sale of my property and nothing was too much trouble. I found Africa and Claudia highly professional and have always been able to speak with Africa about any concerns. They are also handling my purchase and are leaving no stone unturned! It is impossible to contact anyone related to property sales, Anne Tam who is our point of contact in particular is never available.
We are promised callbacks that never happen and email reply’s are just as bad.
Don’t bother with these guys, choose another company that actually communicates with their customers.

These solicitors are impossible to contact, every time anyone involved in the sale/purchase of our flat has called them we are told we will get a callback but then it takes days before they respond, emails take 10 or more days to be responded to.

We are the only link in our chain (seller - buyer and seller - first time buyer) and I do not understand why it is taking so long.

We paid for the management pack for our flat in March which was sent to Bonallak and Bishop the following week but this has still not reached our buyer, they have sent the same query 3 different times which were answered each time within 24 hours but the answers were then lost.

They have lied multiple times throughout our experience by telling us that our buyer had been sent documents via email but hadn’t had them returned yet, but when we spoke to the buyer they were surprised by this because they hadn’t received anything.

The ombudsman will be getting involved in this case if the sale has not been completed by the end of this week.

I would advise anyone considering using this company to seriously consider using someone else.

Received excellent support from Bonallack & Bishop for a Grant of Probate dispute. Sound guidance and advice throughout leading to a successful (and quick) resolution. I would highly recommend their services.

Made an appointment to see Simon at the Amesbury branch as I wanted to make a small amendment to my existing will.
Speaking to Simon on the day we went through my existing will and he talked me through it.
Having discussed the relative straightforward amendment Simon advised me that if I was to return in thirty minutes this could be resolved today.
Thirty minutes later I returned my will had been updated witnessed and I then signed it.
Great service received eliminating the timeframe which normally you would experience due to the posting and returning of the draft .
Then eventually having to make another appointment for the signing and witnessing.
So great service received and all sorted in one visit.

Took a long time , but a very good service, kept me up to date on the progress throughout , they made me believe to never give up ! So Thank you for all your help
